When I tore apart my omelette, I found a sweet potato. It was something I haven’t tried, but loved every bite of it. definitely recommend stopping here.“

“Great Thai food, and some 'american' selections as well (burgers, onion rings, spaghetti etc.) Their Thai specialties are delicious and worth a try. Portions are generous. Full bar, and decent beer selection. Bonus: they are one of the only Thai or asian restaurants with vegetarian pot stickers!“

“Came in for a late Sunday lunch…. Amazing food, literally the most flavorfully layered and complex middle easter food I have tried and I can’t wait to comeback. The Musakhan rolls and Manoushet cheese bread were terrific, the greek salad was light and delicious. Looking forward to our next visit already.“

He gave great feedback and options for the vegan burger for my brother, walked us through the menu, helped us find the best options for our group, etc. he was friendly, checked on every table, and helped ensure the kitchen was in good shape too. “Our family of five had dinner at Little Morocco last night. The owner and server were super friendly and warm, the food was excellent- especially for the price- and the service was thoughtful and efficient. We had the Mezzanine Plate, Chicken Shwarma, Lamb Shwarma, Secret Sandwich, and four smoothies. Sat outside in the fresh air, shared food, and had a great time. Highly recommend.“

“We get takeout monthly, but because it was my birthday (woohoo) we decided to eat in on Halloween this year. We had a table with a window, and it was fun to watch all the trick-or-treaters. Two of us had burgers which we enjoyed, one had the Fish and Chips which is our usual go to entree. The only two issues are parking (it can be a problem on a busy night) and they have a limited Game Day menu when the OSU Beavers football team is having a home game.

Parking: We found street parking about two blocks away.

Kid-friendliness: It was Halloween, so there were more than the usual amount of kids, but they seemed to be enjoying themselves.“

I live in Portland, but Dough Hook is becoming a regular thing when I'm in Salem almost every week lol. Just the best I've had by far, and the varieties are excellent. Vegetarian options: We enjoy vegetable samosa, Bengal Bhartha (eggplant) Daal Makhni, and Aloo Mattar. We like our food spicy, so always order homemade yogurt. They can easily adjust the spice level and of course garlic Nan is a must! Enjoy.“

“I work in an office and we had an order for several Yumm bowls. We tried to run our order through GrubHub and due to an error, the order was set for pick up not delivery. After waiting a very long time I called Cafe Yumm! directly and spoke to either the manager or owner. He said GrubHub was a 3rd party service and there wasn't much they could do to change the order on their end, but that he'd be happy to run our order out to us!! He was here within 20 minutes, food in hand. We were all BLOWN AWAY by this excellent customer service, especially considering the error wasn't the fault of Cafe Yumm! The food was great as always and we will definitely order again, albeit with a different delivery service.“

“We really love this restaurant. The food is really delicious! A recent remodel has really elevated the interior (however the lighting is blue/daylight hue so it's not cozy.) The same staff has been there for decades and they're always so friendly and welcoming when they recognize me. Tandoori chicken is the very best. Naan, raita, and pakora are also fantastic.“

“We had a great experience here last night for date night. The atmosphere is 10/10. I really enjoyed all the food we had, it was fresh, delicious, and creative. I had the soufflé and I savored every bite. My husband had the New York Strip and liked it. We had the caprese salad and meatballs to start and they were delicious, the meatballs came in a sauce that was just a tad spicy but in a good way. The service was good, but a little rushed and they forgot a few little things like place settings for our main course. Overall a great experience and we will be back.
