“We ordered 2 pho orders togo. Prices are good, portions are good, pho broth is good, place is clean and friendly staff. The only thing that I really wish that was better was the brisket, it was thin, dry and tough also the tendon was a little tough compared to Pho Hung and Pho Oregon, it usually melts in your mouth. I would of gave it a 5 stars if the meat was tender. If the chef could work on not overcooking the meat then this would be my go to spot.“

“Yifang is an excellent franchise chain across North America - glad to see Portland got one.

They have probably the best quality, and best tasting steeped teas as their bases compared to any boba chain or shop.

And the fruit add-ins always taste and feel great.

Adjustable sugar and ice is a must.

The real, Taiwanese hibiscus flowers (roselle) placed in the drinks are awesome.

“The drinks we got were so good!!! We had the brown sugar ube and the brown sugar matcha bubble milk tea. You can tell the drinks are made with high quality ingredients and the service we received was great. Not to mention they also have milk alternatives :) Highly recommended this place!“

“If you need a good brunch spot, Churn Cafe is your spot! I ordered the bacon kimchi hash and it was FIRE! I also tried the Ube French toast and it was literally like eating a pillow! But it was very sweet, too sweet for my liking so if you want savoury I recommend the kimchi hash!
I also tried the mango matcha and it was the best matcha I have ever tasted!
My sister in law got the Benedict which unfortunately for her was cold :( so stay away from the eggs Benedict.
But other than that it’s in a cool part of Portland and the food was DELISH!“

“My husband and I love grabbing their kumquat sugarcane drink! It’s refreshing and a healthier option 🌸 We live about 40 mins out and will do the drive sometimes multiple times a week. They have great customer service and are fast! I’ve also had their coconut sugarcane and their avocado w boba. Delicious! A plus, they have the best ice, pearl 😍😋“

Service a bit distracted and impersonal but they were in lunch rush so I understand a little bit. Space is bright and clean.

“Definitely the cheapest Jello Shots in town but I think they might also be the best. $1.50 a pop with flavors like Strawberry Shortcake, Pink Starburst, Margarita, and Cherry. Each one made with different liquor.

“I recently dined at Sichuan Taste, and it was an unforgettable experience—in the best way. From the moment we walked in, the fragrant spices in the air hinted at the bold flavors to come. The restaurant had a warm, bustling atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

We started with the spicy wontons in chili oil, and they were phenomenal—delicately wrapped, perfectly cooked, and swimming in a sauce that delivered heat with flavor, not just fire. The mapo tofu was a standout: silky tofu in a rich, complex sauce with that signature numbing kick from Sichuan peppercorns. It was everything I hoped for and more.

Another favorite was the dry-fried green beans—crisp, savory, and just the right amount of salty. Every dish we tried felt thoughtfully prepared, with generous portions and vibrant ingredients.

If you’re a fan of authentic, fiery Sichuan cuisine, Sichuan Taste is a must-visit. Just be ready for some serious spice! (Pro tip: order the jasmine tea—it pairs beautifully with the heat.)

“I was just visiting Portland and found this on my Google map. Highly recommend trying this spot. Super friendly, welcoming person taking the order (Juni ?) Jalipeno sauce bonless chicken was hot and crispy, pieces were good size. Sweet Spicy sauce Tofu was crispy on the outside, silky on the inside. I got 2 Kim chee sides and the order came with pickled radish. One of my dishes came with rice i didn't ask for, but it was good. Overall, it was delicious but will ask for lightly sauced or on the side next time as it was very generously sauced; some people might like that. Space is small but I did see several Uber type pick ups.

Vegetarian options: Limited to Tofu, rice, fermented or pickled items. French Fries.“

“I am a novice regarding Boba. I know I know. Anyways. They were very patient in walking me through the options and what each option is. I don’t like the flavor of tea so they have non caffeinated fresh fruit options. The mango boba with milk and white pearls was delicious. Can’t wait to be back. Yummy.

Update: Tried the drunken noodles and they were lovely. I am so glad they stir fry tofu separately and not with meat. Yes still keeping my 5 star revie.“

“A local favorite. Lots of options. I tried the matcha blended which is slushy like It was tasty and refreshing!! I also had an iced tea with oatmilk to go. Hint: order light ice so you aren't finished in a few sips. I asked for it to be lightly sweetened abd it was perfect. The atmosphere is pretty basic. Clean with both indoor and outdoor seating.“

“Fresh and super friendly boba shop with no extra charges that turn your boba stop into a mortgage payment (never go to @Bobacat down the street. The prices listed for some drinks are higher in their system and they just smile when confronted with the extra hidden charge 🫠) I come here 3-4 times a week and it’s solid. I just wish there was a way to tip their hard working employees when using tap payment. Minus one star for that. Shame.“

“Absolutely fire food. I got the basil fried rice, pad Thai, crab rangoon, and Thai coffee. The staff were super kind and helpful, I got great service. I honestly haven’t had pad thai, crab Rangoon, or fried rice this good in years. I don’t live in the area and options for any type of Asian food are limited at home, so I often try new places when travelling. This place is getting saved in my bookmarks so I remember where it is next time I’m in town.“

“Ive worked at a boba shop for over 3 years and I thought I was sick of it… but this happy lemon exceeded my expectations! Super good drinks, i know blended drinks are a pain to make but they truly are the best on the menu!! Not to mention there was only two workers when i came in and it was getting a bit busy and they handled it so well!
