Absolutely loved Fabos Tacos! I got the Birria plate and horchata. And man it was fire, If you love a flavorful horchata to go along side your amazing tacos and consomé, or just amazing food in general. This place will have you.
Gorgeous interior. Their alpastor tacos are EXCELLENT, hard to find decent ones in Portland. They also serve cantaritos!

Fabos Tacos Cart is a highly recommended Mexican food spot known for its authentic and flavorful tacos. The restaurant offers a variety of tacos, including al pastor, asada, suadero, and pork, all served on excellent corn tortillas that taste like Mexico. The baria and pork tacos are especially popular, with many customers praising their taste and quality. The habanero salsa and hot sauce are noted for being tasty and spicy, adding a nice kick to the meals. Customers also enjoy dishes like quesadilla de birria, which is large and filling, providing good value for money. The restaurant caters to vegan preferences, with no lard in beans, animal-free rice, and soyrizo options available, reflecting the owner's effort to accommodate different diets. The food is consistently good, with many visitors returning multiple times and feeling confident in the quality and experience. The owner has a background in wrestling with a friend who didn't eat meat, which influenced the vegan-friendly approach. The restaurant features heaters above seating for cold days and pairs well with a cold beer, especially when moved to the Breakside Beer Garden. While some mention that business hours can be inconsistent and online ordering is unavailable, these minor issues do not detract from the overall positive experience. Fabos Tacos Cart is celebrated as one of the best Mexican food spots in the area, offering authentic flavors and friendly service that keep customers loyal.
