This place is definitely a 4 star review. The rice was good but not cooked to perfection. The chicken was pretty good better tasting then other chicken I have gotten at food carts. 4 star review.
We just arrived by Amtrak and was staying at one of the local Hotels. Tired and wanting a quick dinner. Was recommended by Hotel of Huber's. On our way we say the line of food stands and have been in the mood for Thai so decided to try Hi Thai instead of Huber's (which we saw while waiting for our order was closed). We ordered chicken pad Thai and chicken basil rice. When we went to get our food we and another patron noticed a big rat going from stand to stand. It did freak us...read full review

Looking forward to my upcoming trip to Portland so that I can revisit this place. Last time I was there I had their Tom kha soup with chicken and it was terrific. Edit: so it looks like they've closed since my last vacation in Portland?? I hope that this isn't so! *tear slowly falls down my cheek*
