Best breakfast at PDX so far. Highly recommend this as your stop for breakfast if you're in C terminal. Staff was friendly and enjoying jamming out to music and danced as they worked. Love it! This crew clearly enjoys working together and have an infectious joy about them. Sandwich was freshly made. Cheese was perfect gooey (so much so more melted out onto my wrapper than made it into my mouth), generous bacon, perfectly crisped bagel and eggs tasted homemade and not powder eggs.
Literally the best fries I’ve had in my life. The clam chowder was good too. So happy they had vegetation options as well for my girlfriend!Vegetarian options: They had a good beyond burger!
