We started with a mimosa flight - mango, raspberry, peach and blood orange. All different and delicious. Then we had the chic pops, their take on mini chicken and waffles with the spicy mayo....delicious! Also had the Flying Pig Benedict...oh, my God, it was wonderful - the eggs were perfect, the chunks of avocado were fun to find. And the potatoes....how do they do it?
