Seating and during the concert people were allowed to crowd in front of the seating arrangement we were given. Standing in our view. Why did they sell us more expensive seats and then allow others to block our view?”

“We did a pickup order, said 20 minutes and we were there after 15 minutes and it was ready on time, it was extremely fresh and absolutely delicious. Staff were friendly and we were surprised at the weight of the bag they handed us 😂. My husband had orange chicken and fried rice, I had the broccoli beef and rice and my daughter had the kids sweet and sour chicken. Insanely huge portions for the price and the chicken and beef were moist and tender, fried rice was flavorful and cooked properly. Definitely going back and recommend.”

I do wish I had gotten a refill on my drink but the soda was iced (not too much) and of a decent size. The young lady who seated us was pleasant without being annoyingly bubbly and the waitress was all business yet friendly. Seriously though…the burger buns and the rest of the burger was amazing!”

No one person was responsible for taking care of us, the ENTIRE staff took care of us during our visit. We decided to go with a basic pepperoni as that really shows the flavor profile of the pizza. They did not disappoint!! Would fully recommend stopping by on your way through town.”

“I'm no expert on barbeque, but I've had my fair share over the years as it's one of my favorite foods. This place is sooo good! We had a little bit of (almost) everything... brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken,and pork ribs.
Plus sides, Mac n cheese, beans, coleslaw, garlic mashed potatoes, and corn bread. ALL delicious 😋 Also, the portions are on the generous side.
The service was also excellent, and the prices very reasonable.
The only thing I don't like about it is that it's in Oregon, not northern California where we live! 🫤😁

“Out of towners visiting a local relative that recommended Chans for lunch....I don't know where the negative reviews come from as our experience on Thursday was totally positive. I'm a noodle fan and got the House LoMein which was loaded with 4 different meats and lots of veggies....I asked for extra sprouts and onions and was not disappointed....noodles were perfectly done and the sauce needed nothing. The starter of sweet/sour soup was some of the most flavorful and loaded I've experienced. Wife's Orange chicken was excellent as well, she said. The local always gets Szechuan chicken when she comes here and today was no different. Lunch portions are HUGE....larger than many dinner entrees at other establishments...I can only guess how big they are....server said dinner plates are "bigger, hold more"! Clean and neat with excellent food at a modest price...."It Don't Get Any Better"! We'll be back for sure when in the area.”

When we got they we were greeted immediately, had menus and waters delivered and our drink order taken within a few minutes after we arrived; and it was busy. Drinks came shortly afterwards and my old fashioned was the best ever (thank you Krissie). We had the tacos and they were great. The only thing they could do better is lower the temperature in the cafe. Too warm.”
