“On our first visit to Johan we were greeted by Max and Kyle with warm hospitality, knowledge of the wine and of the land, but it was their authentic excitement and joy for the wines that told us right away: this place is different.In the land of top notch wine, it's hard to stand out. That's why I was surprised by the emotions I felt after the first sip. It wasn't just my taste buds, but my soul that was happy. The love and care that went into making the wine was very evident, in a way that I haven't experienced.Even though we live in Eugene, my wife and I decided on the spot to sign up for the wine club. “Just visited Sun Break winery which is inside Bjorson. Pinots, other wines & **vermouth**--2 types. Really flavorful & yummy. Spent time with David who was knowledgeable & very friendly. Then we blended barrel samples, something I've never done. Fascinating! Excellent wines at most reasonable prices. Highly recommend. (Then went to dinner at Cozy Taberna-top-notch.)“

“My husband & I decided to treat ourselves to a date at Hazel’s and we had such a great time! We ordered the Jambalaya Linguini and the Stuffed Peppers. They were both so good with savory flavors! For dessert we ordered the Creme Brûlée & Beignets. The Crème Brûlée had such a wonderful flavor and the Beignets were wonderfully fluffy with a very good sauce.
