“the tiramisu is so good! did I mention they give actual forks for the chunkiest, yummiest salads! I'm sure there is a reason for them! plastic forks would snap with the chunkiness!!❤“

“Coziest spot in town. The coffee is rich and smooth, but it’s the atmosphere that really stands out—warm, inviting, and full of charm. I came in just for a latte and ended up staying to enjoy the panini and homemade scone. The staff made me feel like a regular, even on my first visit“

“They have great food there. But we always get the burrito grande, my wife gets chicken, and I get chili verty, they make 2-3 meals for us. We have been going there for years. We have enjoyed it both inside and take out dining.
The staff is super fun and friendly and always go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect.“

“The line at the new opening WA was way too long since it just opened so I waited the whole way to Roseburg for this. I'm pretty new to In-n-out but I love how consistently fresh and decent the food is, how inexpensive it is, and the friendly staff. This location was no exception. I just found out you can have grilled onions on your hamburger so I tried that and I was not disappointed. I wish they had onion rings as an option, but they have a simple menu and they're good and consistent and uncomplicated and I love that about them. I got there about 930 pm after a long day of driving and it was everything I needed it to be.“

“Went on Sunday a little after noon with a friend. The restaurant was not crowded but not empty. The restaurant was clean. We were seated immediately. Sat down and was never offered tea. Waitress only brought us water, menus, forks and napkins. Our order was taken promptly. The soups arrived quickly.and were barely warm but had good flavor and were delicious. My Triple crown was very good. Food temperature was hot. My friend enjoyed her Sweet and Sour. Waitress did not check on us, no one asked how our meal was or if we needed anything. Water was refilled promptly.“

“Had a great experience having dinner here. Josh was a great server and made the experience very pleasant. I had the fish and chips and it was very good. My only criticism would be that the fish pieces were a bit small. The Brownie desert was good. Loved the atmosphere of the place. You really felt like you stepped back in time.“

“September 24, 2025 we visited Brix for our wedding anniversary. My husband had the NY Strip and a Two Shy Porter. I had the Parmesan Herb Crusted Salmon and a Lavender Lemon Drop. We shared a slice of the Red Velvet Cheesecake. We were not disappointed. at. all. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, the volume of the music was perfect for conversation, the lighting was great, and the temperature was comfortable with no A/C blowing on us. The waiter who served us was friendly and listened with patience to two old people over sharing.
The only thing we would have changed, is that I would have (should have?) asked for a little cup of drawn or clarified butter to go with the salmon. We will be back. If you add teriyaki glazed salmon with a baker and broccoli, and some drawn butter to the menu, we most definitely will be back!“

“My family and I stopped in over the weekend for lunch before making the two hour drive home. Somehow, our minivan's slider door fell off the track and shattered our back window as we were trying to leave. After an hour of waiting in the parking lot for roadside assistance to call back, I went back into the restaurant to ask for recommendations. Ellie and Isaiah were working, and Ellie reached out to her dad for a number for a towing company. While I was on the phone with them, Elijah (who wasnt working that day but came into the restaurant) came by and asked if he could give it a try. He and Isaiah worked together to get the door back on track and closed while Ellie made sure my kids and dogs were comfortable and out of the hot car. Ellie cleaned up the broken glass, and Isaiah helped tape up the window. We were able to get home safely before I even heard from our insurance company. I greatly appreciate the kindness these three employees showed my family that afternoon. They are pretty amazing people.
Also our lunch was awesome--our area Pita Pit closed awhile ago, so we were excited there was one in Roseburg. We dont come to town often, but we'll definitely be back!“
