“The guy working in the cart was super friendly great southern hospitality, he even came and checked on us asked if we needed anything else something I didn't see the other carts do so we felt extra special. Don't get me started on their Mac and cheese the crust on it was so amazing. The pulled pork is to die for so juicy and flavorful. I just wish I got to try their ribs but they were sold out so they must be good.“

“Online ordering is very easy and when we picked it up, the food looked even better than in the photos. Our order was done right on time and was the most delicious Thai food I’ve had in Oregon or NY. I can’t remember having Thai food anywhere else, but it’s likely better than that too. The salad rolls and papaya salad were my favorite but the grilled pork was an important part of the meal.“

From the moment you pull up to the location, the smoky aroma of slow-cooked meats draws you in like a magnet. This place is all about honoring the art of the smoker, and it shows in every bite. The brisket is phenomenal. The pulled pork melts in your mouth, and the ribs are fall-off-the-bone perfect. The Prime Rib Dip is exceptional and cooked to perfection. And what I consider the hardest meat to keep juicy, a chicken breast, is delicious to the last bite. Our family never passes us an opportunity to take home several wimpy burgers for later. Roger, Danielle, and all the staff are serving up food with care and passion for the smoker’s art.
