“My friend and I happened to stop here for lunch on our way further south because there was enough parking for our truck and trailer. We were pleasantly surprised by how excellent the food was, the patience in answering questions even though they were pretty busy, and the friendly service. The restrooms (even the porta-a-potties!) were also clean and stocked. Keeping this place on the radar for other long trips through the area!“

From the moment you pull up to the location, the smoky aroma of slow-cooked meats draws you in like a magnet. This place is all about honoring the art of the smoker, and it shows in every bite. The brisket is phenomenal. The pulled pork melts in your mouth, and the ribs are fall-off-the-bone perfect. The Prime Rib Dip is exceptional and cooked to perfection. And what I consider the hardest meat to keep juicy, a chicken breast, is delicious to the last bite. Our family never passes us an opportunity to take home several wimpy burgers for later. Roger, Danielle, and all the staff are serving up food with care and passion for the smoker’s art.
