Of all the coffee houses I have tried, the Urban Grange has been the most consistently reliable and satisfying. Coffee and bake goods are the best in town, parking is the most convenient, and waits are short.“

“Traci was absolutely amazing to work with as a vendor for our fall wedding from start to finish! Just Us Girls was recommended by our Wedding Venue, The Water Oasis, and we are so glad we went with their services for our special day.

My wife and I have never had to hire bartenders before, so we did not know what it all entailed. Traci was happy to answer any and all of our questions, even after hours. Not only was this experience the most cost effective for us, it was super easy, and we felt very well taken care of by her. The day of our wedding went so smoothly and everyone was pleased with our brunch cocktail bar! Traci was even nice enough to bring a drink to me, which I was happy to make myself, but she insisted.

We are blown away by how incredibly sweet Traci is, and we also really enjoy the shop. I wish that we lived just a little closer to the establishment, but whenever we are in town, we will always stop by to say hello and grab some delicious beverages!

“on September 30th 2025 at around 5:10 p.m., I went to Bentley's coffee in Albany to order two drinks for myself and my wife. I had a $17.30 gift card balance tied to my account and just a few days prior (on 9/27) I was assured by a staff member that once the card was scanned the balance would remain on the account for future use. when I went to pay the cashier told me my total was about $14 and change. I explained I wanted to use the gift card balance, but she said it wasn't showing up in their systems and "sometimes it has issues". I mentioned what I've been told the weekend before and that I was fairly sure I had thrown the card away. the only response I received was, "yea, really sorry about that." with no attempt to help or provide a solution. thankfully I happen to find the physical card tucked away in my car, so I wasn't completely out of luck. but I left feeling very disappointed with the lack of care and customer service. mistakes and system issues happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference. I've been a consistent customer of this location for over 3 years and it's very disheartening , enough to make me consider not recommending this location after all this time if this is how the customer care is going to be. Hopefully it's just a one-off but I'll probably wait a while before going again.“

I was struggling to maintain and your staff was so gracious in their caring not even knowing what I was upset about. 💔 They did help my day . I do hospice work and still had angels to go see. “I stopped in today for the first time with my daughter. What a need inviting place to stop for a meal amd coffee. I had the turkey crepe and my daughter had the blta crepe, they were both very good! I also had the salted caramel cold brew and my daughter had an iced coffee, I can't remeber the name but it had French vanilla, caramel and white chocolate, coffees were great and not bitter.“

“Walking through Salem and found this restaurant and decided to try it. Very friendly staff. Waitress was wonderful! Attentive and stopped by our table regularly. Food was usual tavern type food. But good. We had pretzels, bruschetta, chicken fingers, and pasta Alfredo. Good. Not great. Prices were mid-range….probably just a bit high for the food quality. But overall a good experience.“

“We've grown an addiction to this little boba shop in Walmart! There's so many incredible flavors, the staff is nice, and the little shop has such a nice atmosphere! They serve a plethora of different flavors of jasmine tea, milk tea, and iced or blended smoothies! And yes, they let you choose "no ice" in your drink, if you're anything like my dad. I recommend these guys!
