I would not suggest bringing your elderly loved one here. They are not kind. 💔😢
We had a terrible experience with our server Sydney F at the Salem OR restaurant this evening. From the beginning she was very inattentive and had a poor attitude. It took about 15 minutes after we were seated for her to take our drink order. When the drinks came she forgot straws and said she would be right back with them. 15 minutes later she brought the straws and then left again before taking our order. Personal experience tonight at Red Lobster on Lancaster Dr………
We got seated and it took about 15 minutes for our server to even come over to greet us/take drink orders. They were not busy and there was only 2 other tables there that were finishing up with their dinner. A group of 2 got seated behind us about 10 minutes after us and their served had already helped them and brought their drinks before ours even came over.
