“Starbucks on church Street is my favorite coffee shop in Salem! The baristas are a top notch crew who are extremely hard working and always so friendly and personable! They make My drinks perfectly and timely in the drive through! This is the best Starbucks experience in our town! This Crew are amazing people!“

“They always treat us with the absolute most respect and a lot of times. Remember exactly how our order is. My wife is more picky about how she likes her coffee and sometimes it can be a little embarrassing me to order it that way because I'm not the type to be that picky about ordering something like a drink. But they make it very easy for me and a lot of times they don't even make me order it because they already know it.

Dietary restrictions: There's a lot more health conscious decisions to make when it comes to their menu

Kid-friendliness: The cake pops and some of the drinks are a lot more kid friendly than Starbucks used to be

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp and handicap spots“

“Ashley was awesome! It's unfortunate the manager decided to leave her by herself for awhile, to the point of her getting frustrated. That would happen to a lot of people, but she was sweet. Didn't catch the gals name working the register, but she was also really sweet. They were dealing with a customer that was yelling at them and making a scene. I thought they handled it well. Coffees I ordered were good, thank you.“

“Not gonna lie. Of all the Starbucks this is my go to!Favorite story. I ordered a Venti drink, but it only came in Grande. Without hesitation the barista says "yep" and serves it in Venti size!!!!!I tried this at another one on commercial and only then did the barista inform me the drink only came in Grande. Honestly I was just impressed by these guys. I'm sure someone will say "they're not telling you the facts," but honestly I just wanted a huge freaking cup of coffee!“

“The service at this Starbucks is the best! Everyone is super nice, always greet you with a “hi, welcome in!” the food is super good! And the employees look happy when doing their job and taking your order! I personally would definitaly recommend people going to this Starbucks!!!“

“I’d like to take a few minutes to talk about this store. It’s been my home Starbucks since before it moved to this location and I’ve met many of the KINDEST and most Amazing baristas here. I’ve mourned their loss as they’ve moved on in life and have rejoiced with them over their triumphs. I wish they were all at my new store in Kentucky when I move. Alana, Alaena, Bailey, Carter, Mari, Michael, Heather, Steven, Delaney and so many more. So many wonderful kids have passed through these doors. I’m so sad to leave this store behind and that I have to choose a new store and a new set of partners when I stop in for my drinks.
As I was preparing to write this I saw a review by Bridgette Wood and was actually shocked. There’s no way she’s talking about the person I know. Alaena always has a kind word and smile for everyone. She greets people by name as they come in. Like anyone she does get busy but I’ve never seen her be rude. I’ve only had issues with TWO baristas that have entered and exited this store and they were for the most part dealt with.
Thank you Liberty Commercial Starbucks for the love and friendship. Hopefully I’ll see you in the future.“

“I am a huge coffee fanatic. Caramel macchiatos, vanilla lattes, iced green tea, vanilla cream cold brew, & strawberry Frappuccino’s are what I most order. My only suggestion is to add more seating tables. Available & open seating is quite limited. ☕️“

“The service was just fine. The coffee was typical of Starbucks—good. There are three tables to sit at and free WiFi if you need to work or whatever. It’s inside Fred Meyers so it’s not the normal Starbucks atmosphere. But it’s all good. Starbucks is Starbucks. If you’re looking to sit with coffee like I was, this will do the trick.

“Only giving four stars instead of five because I got the most delicious drink here one day that tasted like family Christmas in a cup and want to get it again and there was so writing on the cup or sticker. Just a plain cup. I forgot what I ordered too.“

“This is a wonderful Starbucks! The team is nice, especially Logan! He’s really a great barista, so knowledgeable and kind. He was super sweet to me and my nephew! Spoke coffee with my brother and was super helpful in the ordering process! Thanks for being TOTALLY AWESOME Logan! You made my day!“

“I've gone to many Starbucks in the past couple of years, and this one in West Salem is the friendliest and most accommodating. I like my Pink Drink in a particular way, and these sweet people always get it right. Other locations around Salem (and Oregon) ignore me as if I hadn't made a special request. It's off-putting. This location is friendly and so obliging, always happy and smiling, too!“

“I enjoyed my grande Java chip. The customer service was expedient today. I got plenty of whip cream to top my order. The plexiglass baricades were intrusively placed, and it really limited shelf space for the other items I was purchasing from the store today.“
