“I’ve had a great experience every time I go here. They’re consistent with their service. I asked for spicy steak Pho and they gave me chicken but it was still good. They put over a cup of shredded chicken in my Pho which is super generous compared to most shops. The Broth is not overly loaded with grease and it smells and tastes like fresh lemon grass. I paid less $15. The quality and portions speaks for itself. It’s a cute place for hangouts and the staff is always kind. 10/10“

“I must admit that this is the most appetizing Asian meal I have ever eaten in the United States. I don't know why some people give unfair comments. The taste of Fresh Element’s food is amazing! Whether it's Chinese food or other Asian flavors, it's so authentic and delicious. It's rare for a Chinese and American family like ours to get the satisfaction of the whole family in a restaurant. “I came to pick up some food for my ailing wife. I was paying and I left a tip, but before he would hand me my food, he rudely asked, “DID YOU LEAVE A TIP?” And wouldn’t let go of the sack until I gave an answer. He didn’t even bother to look at the receipt that I had just signed to see that I did leave a tip. I find this very rude behavior…we always leave generous tips when we go inside to sit down and dine… But to ask is very rude behavior.. I did leave 15% for takeout as well but since he asked, I really wish I would not have. Perhaps someone could school him and tell him this is not good customer service.“
