“I was stuck in traffic and called in an order suddenly then the traffic cleared up, causing me to show up faster than I thought to pick up my pizza. When I walked into the store it was clean and not crowded. But as I stood there my back went out and I had to sit on a hard bench and wasn't sure if I would be able to get my pizza into my car. One of the gals offered to help take my pizza to my car. I really appreciate the service of the one girl. The manager seemed a little on edge that day but everyone was kind. Thank you for your help ❤️“

“First, the good: I’m a big fan of MOD overall, and this location delivers where it counts on people and product. The staff was super friendly, upbeat, and efficient, and the pizza was good—exactly what I expect from MOD. It’s fast, customizable, and consistently solid, which is why I keep coming back to the brand.

Now the hard part—and I genuinely hope the owner or franchisee is reading this. The restaurant was filthy. Light fixtures had burned-out bulbs, there’s a wall with a bunch of exposed Velcro that just looks unfinished, and the floor was absolutely disgusting. The soda display case was pulled out with visible trash piled behind it—clearly in plain sight while you’re checking out. If the front of the house looks like this, it naturally makes you wonder what the back of the house looks like. This location needs immediate attention on cleanliness and basic maintenance, because it’s falling well short of what the MOD brand should represent.“

“Great place to get away from the loudness of the lower floor. Free arcade games is awesome as you've probably spent a lot on the kids if you've been here with them (downstairs area of course). The drinks have always been great when I have gone along with the food service. Only problem has been that once you get 1 or 2 groups of adults you're out of room for the casual visitor. (Have had 3 office get together here and honestly felt bad as we nearly took up the whole place.)4 stars because I'm still waiting on the go-carts.... or is that a thing anymore? ? ?“
