“We stopped at Subway in Sweet Home on Sunday October 15 at approximately 5:00. Ordered and ate our two sandwiches (yummy!). Went out to our vehicle to leave but it wouldn't start. Called a tow truck at 5:55 but it didn't arrive until 9:40. Our huge compliment and "thank you" is to Freddy, your excellent employee! He was concerned that we were OK and he checked on us three different times and even charged my phone! He is definitely an asset to your business; an extremely nice young man (high school age?) with great customer service! Thank you, Freddy!! We greatly appreciated your help and caring!
