The service was attentive and friendly without being obnoxious by being overbearing or providing too much information about the menu or steak knife selection. Overall the experience was great and the food was very good. I gave four stars because I've had steaks just as good and comparable service experiences at lower prices than Bos Taurus charges. To be transparent, this was a work meeting and my counterpart picked up the tab, but the menu pricing was a little higher than comparable dinners I've had in the past. “My absolute favorite place to eat in Bend, OR. The vibe is hit or miss. I guess it depends on the crowds, workload, etc. Staff is typically chill but not super attentive if that's important. I end up making conversation but I always have to initiate it. NOT necessarily a complaint but I'm used to more friendly servers... especially at the rate / level this place is. They aren't rude or unfriendly... Just not really warm and inviting. I sat at the bar each time and it's later in the evening within the last couple hours of their posted business hours, but past the typically dinner rush crowds. Other guests / patrons make a huge difference too and sometimes there are fun, happy people and other times the people are super rude, stuck up, and have a sense of entitlement. I pick those times to be extra friendly to staff because it seems like that's more of the norm there... which would explain why servers aren't as peppy.“

“Took years to try this place out. Strip malls always have the best food. It reminds me of the Korean owned teriyaki joints playing American Christian music growing up in the suburbs of Seattle. We had a teriyaki shop on every block. Chicken , sauce, rice and some salad. Ud think it wouldn't be hard. Its what we want. Yet its impossible to find anymore. Im glad i found this place. “We needed a quick bite as people were about to get hangry after a fun morning at the High Desert Museum. I had read reviews ahead of time and hoped it would live up to them. We took advantage of the pizza by the slice menu to get quick bites and get people fed. It was all delicious, like really delicious, and great. I usually avoid chicken and bbq pizza because I think it is over the top usually and the chicken is boring. There wasn't another meat option ready so I took a chance. It was so delicious! My wife's veggie pizza had several cloves of garlic, which she said were delicious. Everybody loved every slice they got and the high quality was easily noticed.“

The pineapple fried rice was my first time, and didn’t disappoint! Great flavor, perfectly cooked rice, and carrots, which I normally don’t care for, were amazing! Last but not least it least, the fried crab won-tons, were absolutely perfect! The flavor was superb, and the crunch and light flaky won-tons were a huge surprise. Our favorite is the #1 Combo and it never disappoints.

Terry has been making pizza in Bend for 26 years and learned how to make pizza from his family. He has passed down his pizza making skills to his talented Pizza Decorator, Cat, who has taken the art of topping to a new level. Her eye for detail leaves you tasting all of the flavors of the fresh ingredients and wanting another bite! Lindel is a great hostess and can pour a nice glass or mug or your choice.

They have both booth and table seating and a few bar chairs so you can enjoy watching them put everything together and cook it in a unique cicular, rotating oven. Terry skillfully watches and tends the pies and plucks then out at the perfect time.

They have wine, beer on tap, and pop as well as a salad bar. The bread sticks are made from the same dough as the pizza and are seasoned with a nice garlic and parmesan coating.

Take out is easy and they are real good at letting you know when to expect to come by. No delivery but it is well worth the trip here to sit down and enjoy, or pick one up for home.

I have found that the best way to reheat what might be left over is to use a medium to large skillet with your choice of oil/butter and set it to low with a cover. Give it about 10 minutes and check for desired warmth.

“Just so you know - make reservations, it’s easy to do online. Food was excellent. Sweet sausage rice was really good and the Khao Soi curry with brisket was excellent! I saw a couple Reddit comments talking bad things about this place even though most other reviews say it’s really good.

The staff was very friendly, the food came out in about 2 minutes flat. Maybe less than 2 minutes, I thought they must have got the wrong table because of how quick it was. But wow. We will definitely be coming back! I’ll be dreaming about that curry till next time!!!“
