“food and service were great but they charged a 10% fee for using a credit card. Oregon only allows a 3% fee and the establishment must post a notice that they charge a fee use credit/debit cards. and that notice must be visible for all who enter that establishment.”

“My daughter and her friend came through from Idaho and few days ago and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant to us.
They were 100% right. The food was delicious! There was SO MICH HOME MADE AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD!!!
We had Michael's Special Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, and Combination A.
Amy and Michael BOTH WERE SO FRIENDLY!!! They came out to our table and visited with us! In fact, we sat at the same booth my daughter did and didn't know it until we saw her review on their wall.
We were treated like family.
We highly recommend this restaurant.
We look forward to coming back again from Idaho.”

“GrandCentral pizza is probably the best pizza I've ever had. I can get one and I put it in the fridge til time to eat and I heat up in the oven. The crust stayed crispy which is so nice. The toppings are great choices. I Love the pizza 🍕!”

“Please note most the reviews are 3 plus years old. The Waves recently reopened and under new management. We have a positive experience under the new management, though for a few others a few bumps. IMHO it has the best ambiance in this area. They are working to improve those bumps. I hope they succeed,”

Besides having delicious chocolate and maple flavors, the bakery creates amazing flavors like German chocolate, cherry cheesecake and Smores doughnuts just to name a few. You never know what might be in the case the next time you come but you can bet it will be delicious! Just having amazing doughnuts, cookies and brownies isn't enough, the Mermaid has homemade soups! Look for the freezer and pick yourself up some soup. The depth of flavor they have is fabulous. A true comfort on a rainy day! Check Facebook for their daily offerings. Stop by sometime. “Apple raspberry danish- very good dough with a very good spiced apple filling and just enough raspberry to add acidity. Not the best thing I've ever had but still very good.

Cinnamon rose- amazing laminated dough for the pastry itself and a very gooey and tasty cinnamon filling. Would happily get again.”

“We stumbled upon Beach Street Kitchen by accident while traveling through, and what a happy accident it was! The charming spot on the corner caught our eye, so we looked it up, read the glowing reviews, and decided to give it a try. We weren’t sure what to order at first, but ended up choosing the breakfast sandwich — and WOW. When I say it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had, I mean it literally. Hands down, the best sandwich of my life! The service was just as great as the food. An all-around amazing experience. I’ll be dreaming about that sandwich until the day I get to come back!”

“Lovely little spot to grab a vegan sandwich and a cider on your way up the coast. I wish that the sandwich had included a protein like tofu because it then it would have absolutely been perfect, but we still loved it as is! Their cider as nice and tart too.”
