“I saw the raving reviews so wanted to check this place out. The bahn mi is good bulgogi has good flavor. The meat is pretty chewy though, and I would say the combo definitely is not worth the extra 5 bucks. I'd stick to the sandwich. The service was pretty quick and the lady was very nice. It's a small hole in the wall location. I would however avoid this area after about 5/6pm. This area is home to many people whom reside outside lol. As someone who has been to almost every bahn mi place in Portland I will say comparing to best baguette, bahn mi fresh, and a few other bahn mi places i think killer bahn mi is the best! But it is quite spendy for a bahn mi. You pay for it in the amount of meat they give you but still. If you like this kind of bahn mi I'd recommend also checking out an xuyen bakery. It's this little bakery on like 51st and foster but they have some of the biggest bahn mis I've ever had for 1/2 the price.“
“Street Wok is an excellent choice if you’re looking for standard Chinese food done exceptionally well. All the regular go-to’s are fresh and well-flavored - sesame chicken, orange chicken, won-ton soup etc. The food is several notches above the usual fare you’ll fine in most US cities. Located in an unremarkable strip mall with basic, almost barren decor, it’s easy to miss. Most people seem to do to-go orders, and the dine-in experience includes a looping Chinese song that played a minimum 12 times during our 30 minute lunch :-)“
“This is one of only a few places that serve Laksa, which is what I was looking for. It was very good, and very filling. When asked, they told me they serve Laksa because the owner was from Singapore. As others have noted, the staff is very nice.“

“Love this place! The sushi offers pretty generous portions of fish. So far, its the best sushi we've found in the area. All the options are delicious and taste fresh. The salmon melts in your mouth. Our favorite is the TNT roll; it comes piled real high with crab and tuna.Decided to write this review when I ordered from the Powell location online and was called within a few minutes of placing my order by the other location. They apologized and said that the Powell location was doing a catered event and wasn't able to do any takeout that night, but they would make my order and deliver it to my door for free. They worked as fast as they could and got it to my front door at the same time it was originally supposed to be ready, even though the delivery person had to drive all the way across the city. Their customer service was absolutely great! Also, the sushi was soooo good!Just really appreciate these guys. Definitely our go-to sushi spot in town.Also, if you haven't been in the market that this store is located within, it's worth a look. “I’m a big fan of fried/crispy/salt & pepper squid/calamari dishes. Golden Triangle’s spicy squid is some of the best I’ve ever had. EVER.It’s mad spicy for me though so I have to modify it to be milder in heat but it’s still fire nonetheless. It’s going to be hard to go anywhere else for crispy squid! I plan on trying to stop by at least twice a month if not more.“

“My favorite poke place in the area by far! They are very quick and friendly. The salmon always tastes fresh and they give a good amount. I appreciate that all toppings are included for a set and great price ($14). I've seen other places only let you pick a few toppings and then costs extra for more. I haven't tried anything else but for now, I highly recommend their salmon poke bowls :)“

The inside was very clean and open which was nice and the restaurants are super close to each other. I couldn't decide between sushi and Hawaiian so I decided to get both! “Stopped in because of Portland Mercury Sandwich Week. They were offering the Kimcheesesteak sandwich. It was ok, what i beleive was American cheese didn't quite work for me. Also had the lettuce wraps, where the ground chicken filling was very tasty! Enjoyed the service, very friendly. The restaurant has 2 garage roll up doors that they can open when it's warmer out. They also have a nice bar. I'd definitely consider going back to try some of their other menu items.Parking: There is more parking on the side of the building“

“Our first visit here, though we love Northern Chinese food. We especially enjoyed the Cumin Lamb and the Crispy Fish main dishes. We also enjoyed Chicken Fried Rice and Hot and Sour Soup. The only reason I didn't give them a five was because the service was a little slow. I guess there are just two of them working there so they get a little behind at lunch time. We did not try any of the Sushi but the noodle dishes and the beef brisket noodle soup were delicious and flavorful. Everything was very tasty and the portions were large.
