“I love kenjis so much. I just wish it was more affordable, I live right next to there and I want to walk over for dinner but the price keeps me away ?? seriously though the food is amazing and my best friend even got a kenjis shirt last time we went lmao“
“Seven of us decided to try dinner here last night. We all live in the neighborhood. We knew this restaurant was here, not much to look at from the outside, and stark but clean inside. But the food! We all had different entrees and we all raved at how appealing the presentation was, how perfectly everything was prepared and how delicious everything tasted. Friendly service, generous portions, and inexpensive too. So glad to support this deserving local business. We were all delightfully surprised and I'm sure we all will be back for more.“
“Pure Thai has ruined all other Thai restaurants in Vancouver for our family!! We have ordered from Pure Thai over a dozen times and have not been disappointed once. They are on another level of deliciousness. Their noodles are always al dente. Their vegetables are always crisp. Their part is like an explosion in your mouth!“
“My previous review was from 7 years ago. I realized, it's time for an update! :) Their food doesn't make me sick anymore. I haven't given up on them! Lol. I know MSG is in Doritos and a lot of other foods we eat everyday and I am sensitive to high quantities of sodium. Did they have MSG in their food??? I can't remember but hopefully I asked them before I posted that. I don't care anyways if there is MSG. Uncle Roger approves!! I try to steer clear of it but my body needs sodium and I LOvE it. It's a love hate relationship, all in moderation, yes?! So anyways, the update: The food is delicious and I love that they updated the front of the restaurant. Their customer service has always been great. Very nice people and they are very attentive to my needs and my cravings lol I love that I can drive by after a long day, order some food from them and zone out while I wait for my order. Bringing my treasure treats home, I always pass out in a food coma after their meals. This is a good thing! I would give another star if they updated the inside of the restaurant with tables and chairs, some interior design. Thank you!“
“Honestly, not a huge teriyaki fan, but husband won the pick today.Nice sized menu. A large amount of choices for the non meat eater, or if you prefer seafood.Lunch specials.Great seating/dining.Staff was friendly and the food was delicious!“
“It's nice to see that, while prices have risen, quality has remained. I believe they have gotten more generous w their servings, too. My favorite is the korean short ribs, tender, just enough fat and crispy burnt edges. Family loves the gyoza and teri chicken. My daughter is partial to the yakisoba. And, if you like kim chee, theirs reminds me of growing up in los angeles and enjoying homemade kim chee from neighbors. Definitely recommend.“
“Love the gyoza here.If you are going to order - do the folks who work there a favor and order from their Lineskip link or call in your order. I realize these other food apps (PoshMates and UberEats) are a great convenience but you pay more and the money doesn't go to the establishment. If you order from Poshmates the same order was ~$12 more ($56 vs $44.18) before tip. Then spend the extra savings on their tip. :)“
“Stopped by on a whim and was so impressed! The place clearly cuts costs and space by using disposable to go containers. The place is small. On the other hand the food was so good! Lumpia, pork buns, ramen and fried rice. I was especially impressed with the mango sticky rice so good!“
“This place is my favorite pho place around there. Beef curry noodle is amazing. I’ve never had anything like it and it’s perfectly balanced! Every time I come here service is top notch even if they’re busy your food comes out fast 10 out of 10“
“First visit- It's small quite and so welcoming. Hawaiian music playingI ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl and 6 musubi. Side of macaroni salad.Food was delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly moist and I could taste the teriyaki too. Rice was good. Musubi was delicious 2 slices of spam rice was sandwiched in the middle seaweed wrapped tightly. It was so good . Guy at counter was so friendly and asked if I had any questions went over my order again to be sure was right, before I paid.I will be back. Thanks for a delicious dinner, my grandsons loved it too.“
“My husband and I spotted this gem driving by a few weeks ago and finally stopped in to give it a try. First impression, everybody there had a smile on their face and the bartender genuinely cared you had a good experience. We wanted to try a good majority of food so we got general tso chicken, szechuan chicken, salt + pepper fried pork, and egg foo young. The food was fried to a perfect crisp, the spice levels were perfect (I like it spicy), and the sauces were so tasty. I gave 4 stars for food because the egg foo young wasn't my favorite but was still good. Overall, we can't wait to return for food, free pool, and my favorite..... karaoke!“
“Absolutely love this spot. The Mac salad is phenomenal as well are all of the meet options. Me and my roommates drop by here every now and then when we have the craving, and have enjoyed it every time! :)The chicken options are my favorite! Especially the Katsu.“
“I thought I posted a review last month, but I guess not. Well, I'll make good on that now, though once again I ate everything before taking pictures. I'll try to fix that next time.I love this place! The food is simply delicious. Nothing fancy here, but no need for that. The chicken is always tender, no gristly cheap cuts served here. And the flavors are spot on, like I said delicious. The family that runs it are friendly and wonderful people. I really can't say enough about this place. If you are going to Panda instead of here, you deserve what you get.“
