Great wines, delicious pizzas with my favorite being the Margarita and their Kriselle Platter which includes Capicola Slices, Savory Herbed Cream Cheese Spread, Sliced Tomatoes, Italian Olive, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar and Warmed Baguetteis are by far my favorites. “Seated promptly. Wait staff is excellent and work together as a team. Ambience is very nicely done, small dining areas in a converted house adds to the quaintness. The wine and cocktails menus are well thought out. Food is super fresh, prepared with care, and adventurous ideas. I want to say, Medford is very lucky to have a fine food restaurant like Decant. Unfortunately, a lot of people are used to chain restaurants that have typical steak & potato's served fast, in large portions, and fairly inexpensive. There's nothing wrong with that, except that's not fresh, healthy, exciting, and unique. Decant is offering a much higher standard, and a place you can taste something you probably have never tried before, because it's the chef's idea and is developed with his many years of pairing flavors and spices to create a dining experience that 99% of other restaurants don't offer. Yes it's more costly to enjoy that type of meal, and no, your not going to be able to gorge your stomach with a 24 ounce ribeye, but you will be able to taste a Dashi, or a bone marrow bordelaise, on a much smaller portion with a much higher flavor, than you have ever had!! I thoroughly enjoyed our meal, I will return, and if your wanting to step up to Top Shelf service, food, and drink, where cost isn't the driving force, try Decant, GREAT JOB, WELL DONE, owner Jessica, chef Micheal & our waiter Dalton and crew, for the best original meal we've had in quite awhile and certainly anywhere in Oregon!“

Not fancy, but believe it or not there’s a decent sushi restaurant in Jacksonville, OR. Hard to believe isn’t it?

Last time i was there I had a fancy spider roll and some Tuna roll. Both quite good.

I haven’t had their Nigiri, so jury is out for now on that. I’ll update this review if there’s more to add.“

“I've always driven by wondering, but finally stopped in. I heard a good review from a friend and my visit didn't let me down. It's a clean, rustic atmosphere, nothing too fancy, but quite organic and appropriate for the location and price. Clean. Loved the yellow curry with chicken. Staff was courteous and attentive. This is a nice little gem tucked into the roots of south Medford.“

“We live in Albany. We love wines of Southern Oregon best and we love stuffed mushrooms and wood fried pizzas from Dancin. We plan our trip to enjoy lunch first at Dancin then visit one or two more wineries. Plaisance Vineyards is also on our destination log.“

“I enjoyed my time at South Stage Cellars very much! The young man serving me was very knowledgeable and attentive! The wine tasting experience was unique compared to other wineries. Many of their red wines are 10 years old or older and offer a different tasting experience from other varietals that carry the same name. For example, their Pinot Gris is an orange Pinot Gris that is both delightful and unique in flavor. Would go back!“

Linda is a great brewtender! The food was phenomenal. I had to go twice! I had the Tranch Burger with the Hottermelon BBQ sauce. I paired it with their Strong Ale. The next day, I had the Gumbo Over Rice and Curry Fries. Then, I tried the rest of the beers they had on tap. It was trivia night, and they have an amazing outdoor space! I felt like I had been there for a long time.“

I ordered a Dutch freeze with half a shot of hazelnut, but it just wasn’t the same this time for some reason it didn’t taste like there was any coffee in it at all is kind of strange to me.
