“Yazzie's is one of the few places that's still around that's been there a long time . It's Nestle back behind camping world and an Arco gas station. It's not a place that you would expect to find elderly people at. You would find people between the ages of 21 to 65 in there. They have karaoke play music trivia before they began with the karaoke the other night. The bartender she just all over the place come on she's very good at what she does. I'd ordered yazzie's A1 cheeseburger and fries. Prices are not any different than what you find anywhere else . The food was fresh, fries are a telltale sign as to the condition of the fryer oil. The fries had a good taste to them. People in there are very friendly (I'm referring to the customers).“

The chicken (forgot the name) had a really delicious sauce. The rice wasn't soft (way i like it) but still tasty.

Love the fish tank. 20yr puffer. But it's the biggest I've seen in s tank. The baby lion fish was cute. Haha“

“Holy smokes. The pho here is quite amazing. I never would expect that from a bar. I'm giving it the second best I've had. It's so good. Second time coming here during my work shift. Perfect for these cold rainy days. It's always piping hot with generous portions. So much flavor.

The bartender Stormi was totally kickass and down to earth; you could tell that her upbeat personality set the mood and everyone in there was feeling that same way. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and genuinely happy that I actually didn't want to leave... I almost never go to bars but, if you do; I'd definitely recommend trying this one. ??

“Boss Hawgs is a funky dark bar near/in the Gateway area of Portland. My buddy loves it here. I’m in the 3 to 4 star zone for them. We get the cheesesteaks and they are packed with beef (sirloin, I believe) and onions and peppers if you’d like um. They come with fries which are very good. It’s a lot of food at a good price. The quality is inconsistent and really depends on who is running the kitchen when you go in.

The drinks are priced well and there’s booths, tables and a kinda odd outside area. It’s a touch sketchy here (has a lot to do with this area - being on a major thoroughfare) but it’s worth going to now and then.“

“Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. It was nice being able to order off that menu at 1 PM on a Saturday while my friend enjoyed her lunch. My hash browns were cooked to perfection and her burger looked pretty darned good too. It was nice sitting on the patio watching the golfers while sipping cocktails. Prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was nice. We will definitely be back!“

“I feel like I'm family at this bar. Ive met a really amazing bartender who i hope to remain friends with. Its small and has the perfect amount of people. No over crowding and just laid back. They are very protective of their guests that they keep the doors locked for safety purposes. You have to knock and get their attention to be let in. The rooms are unique. No phone or TV but really that not why you come here. The artwork is very Oregon. If you are really lucky there is live concerts and music on weekends. “Love this place. I used to go here right when I turned 21. I didn’t appreciate how great it really was at the time. Going back not at 30, the food and cheap prices are simply awesome. I wish i lived closer because if I did, I’d seriously be here every single day. The burgers are incredible. Philly cheesesteak is super delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive/fast. Also, did I mention how cheap everything is? My buddy got a clam chowder and a salad. Looked amazing. Seriously if you haven’t been here, give it a try. I highly recommend their burgers/sandwiches.“

“It's kind of a dive bar not in the best area . They serve Mexican food. Only have beer and wine no liquor . They have a pool table , juke box and I believe 7 to 10 poker machines . The poker machines did go down while I was there . I guess it was a city wide issue. I had to wait for the machines to come back on line before they would cash my ticket. It was down for over a hour so that wasn't ideal but all in all not a bad place nice staff and depending on the time nice customers. Gets more rowdy later at night.

Parking: It's In the same parking lot as the liquor store and people seem to get confused on the one way directions they're are supposed to be going . So you want to pay extra close attention in this parking lot.“
