Considering I’ve been enjoying their food and service for 15+ years, it’s almost criminal that I haven’t shared my thoughts!

I’ll keep this short and sweet.

This place is fantastic! The food is an excellent value, and I’m honestly surprised they’ve managed to keep their prices reasonable while everyone else is jacking their menus through the roof.

Value aside, what really makes (or breaks) a place, in my opinion, is customer service. And this place has always been excellent.

What stands out to me is that I’ve been seeing the same faces working there for well over a decade. To me, that speaks volumes about the leadership. Customer service is hard, and as a former restaurateur, I know firsthand that the food service industry can be brutal. So it really says something when a restaurant can retain its staff the way this place has.

But the food? It’s great. We usually come for breakfast, but the lunches are delicious too.

The gold medal has to go to the Redneck Benedict. If I had to leave one negative, though, it’d be the burgers. The beef just isn’t very good, and it tastes pretty low quality. I honestly hate even saying that, but it’s true. Still, in 15+ years, that’s the only thing that’s ever disappointed me, and I don’t think that’s much of a knock.“

“This review is based on our last few minutes paying the bill, everything else was top notch. Our group of 4 was chatting when our bills arrived and continued to visit, and our waiter came by to gather abit later and told him it was ready. At this time we Bagan to review our bills to pay one with a card and we were paying cash. As soon as I placed the cash in their bifold and placed on the table another waiter came to the table and stated being just like our waiter and dressed similarly. Worth noting she was about 110 5 foot or so with our waiter at 220 plus and 6ft or so wit a great beard. I stated that our waiter had much bigger feet and a great beard with my wife commenting about our matching hairlines... lol right. No next thing we get is she identifies as law enforcement and proceeds to walk away with an elevated voice "I'll kick beat you down" I turned left to my friend and sain now she wants to wrestle. At this point mist people are watching and then just short of screaming she yells "I'll Kick your A$$". And indeed the entire restaurant is watching on what was going on, I simply went back to visiting with our group not knowing what was next. Not long afterwards our waiter walked by and as he did thank me for the tip. No follow up from management nothing. So probably about 15 minutes after this a few other groups had left and we started our departure and still nothing. Over the years we have been here many times as a couple and a few large groups, after this event not to sure we could return for an enjoyable dining experience with their staff threatening some ones life unprovoked. “Me and my daughter went to Rakuzen Ramen House yesterday for her 14th bday and this place is Great. Affordable Ramen with Great flavor and atmosphere. The staff were very nice as well and introduced me to a new drink that I will have everytime I go there sweet wine mixed with beer, sounds weird but definitely worth a try.
