“New to town and we've been looking for a really good Mexican restaurant. Tried out several, but was not very satisfied with quality of food and meat portions.
Jaimex offers both high quality ingredients and generous portions. We were very happy with the flavors, too. Very good pozole and hard tacos. We also had the tripas and lengua tacos. Can't wait to try more.“

“What a great surprise! We arrived to a three piece playing excellent music, two songs for me and my husband about love at our table! 🤓♥️ The food was the best! Delicious and flavorful and the portions are enormous. Service was amazing as well. Eat here.“
“OHHHH MYYYY, FANTASTIC!!! Absolutely in love with this food truck! Ordered the Quesabirria, pastor taco pollo taco asada taco plate, and chicken quesadilla. I dipped everything in the birria sauce.
Everything was wonderful! All of our food came to $49 worth every dollar! Don't forget to tip ... the service was quick and staff was pleasant.
There's 4 benches, enough for larger parties or families. No weather too harsh, enjoy your meals under a canopy ... rain, snow, or sun! Thank you, we'll be back soon!!!“

“I highly recommend this restaurant/bar. The bartender was nice. There is video poker here if you are interested in that. It is an authentic Mexican setting. I ordered carne asada tacos here and they came out really good. I usually stop by here when Im getting my tires worked on next door at Bienevidez tires. Great customer service and I advise you to stop by.“

“A food truck with sopes that they stuff with delicious meat and flavorful salsas to accompany. Very nice people with all homemade food. Tortillas were fresh and hot with great texture. Go out and order and sit under the covered setting to stay out of the harsh weather.“

“This place serves some amazing Mexican food! The Service was great and they accommodated every ask I had whether it was on the menu or not. They went above and beyond to ensure they satisfied my cravings. Trying to compete in Woodburn with other Mexican restaurants is tough but they are holding their ground. I will continue to keep coming back.“

“AMAZING birria taco! I was feeling adventurous so I tried a beef tongue taco, which I did not enjoy it but it was interesting to try. Did not enjoy the torta at all because the lettuce was mushy iceberg and it made the bread soggy. I sampled the hibiscus tea and it was WAY too sweet, but maybe that is how it is prepared in Mexico? I plan to return to try a different birria dish, the taco I had was 10/10.“
