The Hamachi Carpaccio was another standout, with the ponzu sauce and kefir lime oil perfectly complementing the yellowtail. We also enjoyed the Garlic Togarashi Edamame and Shrimp Tempura. I loved the Bee My Honey cocktail—it had just the right amount of sweetness for my taste. My fiancé ordered the Kabooki Old Fashioned and liked the mix of ginger syrup and cherry bark vanilla bitters.

“My wife and were anxiously waiting for this restaurant to open. We went this Friday (May 5th) and were not disappointed. First, the restaurant is beautifully decorated. The ambient music was at a perfect level with a definite South Beach feel. We interacted with several servers and each of them provided excellent service. The menu has enough diversity to satisfy anyone's tastes. To start, we had an appetizer that consisted of scallops covers in parmesan cheese that was melted at the table with a torch. For our entrees, I had a beef dish (Lomo Saltado), while my wife had a pork dish (Arroz chaufa with pork). Everything was delicious. They have quite a few specialty drinks in their cocktail menu. We each had a different drink and both were very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Piscos and look forward to going back.”

“Papa Llama, 2840 Curry Ford Road, Orlando- 4-Stars Michelin Recommended- Bib Gourmand! Peruvian immigrants, Kevin and Maria Ruiz, say they founded Papa Llama in 2016 as an experimental pop up and opened the doors of this location in August 2020. In 2022, they earned the Michelin Guide's coveted "Bib Gourmand" award for establishments that serve good food at reasonable prices so naturally, I got excited. Paulina, my server, was well prepared and knowledgeable, making for an auspicious beginning in a gorgeous environment featuring good prices for dishes that could be made to satisfy both carnivores and herbivores alike. I ordered the entire family style menu which was, according to Papa Llama, "designed to be tasted together, shared, and fought over." So much food for just over a hundred dollars. The prices may have been cheap but the taste and quality of (most) victuals valieron un Perú! A hearty Big Boy Thank You (Sulpayki!) to Kevin and Maria and the culinary dactylograms of their ancestors, on this amazing cuisine (Somaq Mihuna!). The first item on the menu was Olives--whole green Castelvetrano olives marinated in house with aji panca--which were so delectable I could eat them all day. Next, the Red + Gold Beets, a minty beet salad with honey ají amarillo vinaigrette, queso fresco, and candied pistachio, which started out smooth and creamy and ended with a pleasantly piquant bite. Papas a la Huancaína followed, a fingerling potato dish with spicy aji amarillo cream, wakatay (black mint) salsa verde, and beef chicharron, topped with a fried egg. The potatoes themselves were not the star, but the combination of flavors in the sauce were amazing, unctuous but smooth. Papa Llama carries a long list of natural wines, more wines than food items, actually. That evening, I chose the Yuzu Sake, and may I say, "Holy smokes!" How refreshing after consuming so many peppers. The rest of the dishes I would give 4.5 to 5-Stars, EXCEPT for the side of frozen Sysco French fries which almost ruined an otherwise stellar meal. There are over 300 kinds of potatoes in Peru. Over 300! Perhaps in the United States we don't have the same abundance as found in El Valle Sagrado (the Sacred Valley) but, por favor, do not stoop to this! The Big Boy says, "Eat here. All the authentic Peruvian flavors at Papa Llama are 5-Star, but skip the fries, which are a corporate conglomerate frozen food disappointment."”

Kingdom Sushi is hands down one of the best sushi spots I’ve ever been to! From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with a warm ambiance and friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The quality of the fish is incredibly fresh, and each piece is crafted with care. I highly recommend trying their boss roll!

The service was also exceptional. Our server was attentive, quick to make recommendations, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere is cozy yet modern, making it perfect for date nights, family gatherings, or just a great meal with friends.

“Visited JUJU for their walk-in izakaya service. This has been one of the BEST yakitori we have had in the States. A true gem in Orlando. We had the chicken skin, knee, heart, thigh w/negi and the tsukne. From the kushiyaki section we had the pork jowl, couple of times. All of them were delicious, but our least favorite was the tsukune, it tasted like gyoza filling. Skewers were cooked to perfection and the lemon salt that comes with them, compliments the meat really well. We saw a table next to us eat the seafood platter, we asked for their opinion and decided to get own for ourselves. The oysters had such a delicate texture, it almost felt creamy. I had tried uni couple times before and decided I wasnt a fan. But this uni changed my opinion. It didnt have that super salty fishy flavor at all. It was like eating a piece of butter seafood. The aged fish and the caviar/fish eggs bowl was also outstanding. The Pizza hut drink was such a treat too. I definitely want to visit their sister location next time we’re in Orlando. ごちそうさまでした、とってもおいしかったです！”

“Too Jay's NY Style Bagels - I just purchased a dozen of the bagels and a tub of Nova cream cheese. These bagels are just like the actual NY bagels. Too Jay's boils them first and then bakes them which creates a nice crisp crust on the outside. The cream cheese has actual bits of Nova Lox and was delicious. Theses are definitely five star bagels.”

“My wife and I stopped in for the lunch buffet (4-12-2004). It was our first time in this eating establishment. The food on the buffet was wonderful. It was fresh and tasty. The spices were outstanding. We like Indian food and this is a winner. The chef knows how to prepare Indian food. The buffet had a very good choice of different foods to try. This is one of my favorite spots, small Jamaican. Good food restaurants. I've tried many others in Orlando. This is one of the best ones I found. The service is top-notch place is always cleaned. “If you enjoy authentic Thai food then you have to pay a visit to Koon Thai. Food was excellent and the decor is very pleasing. I ordered Thai pepper garlic w/shrimp and hubby had the spicy basil Thai fried rice. Also enjoyed the crispy spring rolls, karb rangoons and Thai iced tea. I will say all the flavors were fresh and hit all the right notes. We will definitely be back soon.

Oh and I Jane to mention I love the menu boards the display all the menu items. Genius!”

this should be a Michelin star restaurant I had one of the best times I’ve had in the last 30 years in Orlando. If You can be a little bit of the Sand Lake Road area and just head out about 4 miles towards SeaWorld it is well worth the experience, Everybody I brought here so far has been overwhelmed by the quality of food, the chef comes from a Michelin star restaurant and they even have a little European flavour with the other chef from England London, the best presentation quality right down to the chopsticks outstanding an amazing ambience design just phenomenal. Nothing like it Orlando. I must try on my recommendations.”

Food is top notch, we tried 2 appetizers and a pizza and 3 different entree and they all hands down were very delicious and fresh. We had 2 cocktails and they were excellent . You do need to pack a lot of patience , service is slow. From time we got appetizers to main entree it took at least 45 min( maybe more).
