“I have been staying at the Hyatt since it opened several years ago and dining at the Westside Grill on every stay. I frequent this hotel and am more than just a guest, bordering on being a resident due to my frequent travel into the Lehigh Valley. As a Globalist with Hyatt I cannot say enough good about the hotel and the Westside Grill. After having dinner there again this evening and having another outstanding experience I feel compelled to write this review. The dining room management of the Westside Grill is exceptional with Eileen, the Manager, doing an exceptional job. She is a walk around manager very visible in the dining room, greeting customers, and ensuring they are having a great dining experience. This evening I had the pleasure of having Deanna as my server and she did an outstanding job as well. Both Eileen and Deanna are very attentive insuring that the customer is well taken care of and not wanting for anything. I cannot say enough GOOD about this restaurant. It is top shelf, great abidance, exceptionally clean, supported by a full service bar and an exceptional menu and wine list. The Westside Grill has been consistent in service, quality, and presentation of food since I began dining there while staying at the hotel. I strongly recommend the Westside Grill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an exceptional dining experience. I bring often business associates with me for morning, afternoon, and evening business discussions at the Westside Grill and have never been disappointed. Both the Westside Grill and Hyatt Hotel have a great staff that are always wanting to make your dining experience and stay exceptional and memorable. It makes you want to come back!!! Finally, 5 Stars is not enough, it should be more like 10. Both the service and the meals at the Westside Grill are consistent always providing an exceptional dining experience.“

“My husband and I stopped in for the first time for a quick lunch and I was instantly impressed with the adorable decor and setup. We were greeted by such friendly staff! We both got a few hot dogs to go and some chips (the good kind!). After eating them I knew I'd be back as they were delicious. Will for sure be bringing our kids next time as well!“

“We were in town for the weekend. Went to dinner Friday night without a reservation but they squeezed us in. The staff, service and food were amazing. We loved it so much we went back for brunch on Sunday before we left town. The host remembered us when we came in, he welcomed us back. The brunch was sensational! We sat in the sunroom during snowfall. It was beautiful and cosy. I wish we lived closer to go again and again. 10/10! Will recommend to anyone heading that way!“

“We started out at another what is supposed to be an upscale and reputable establishment for a 5:30pm reservation made for my husband's birthday. What a disappointment that was as we were made to wait passed our reservation and received a less than pleasureable attitude from the hostess. After several inquiries about our table we observed several other parties walk in and get seated right away. We had enough and decided to go elsewhere. This is when we came to Applebee's. What a breath of fresh air. We were seated immediately by smiling and gracious staff. We were served by Rey who turned our frown upside down. What a wonderful server. Rey was gracious, thoughtful, courteous and helpful with food suggestions. Rey made our whole experience a wonderful one even going above and beyond by celebrating my husband's birthday with a surprise super delicious dessert. We could not have asked for a better outcome from what started out as a disaster. Kudos to Applebee's and their staff. We will definitely be back.“

“Hosted a few parties here and the establishment is very clean, fresh looking and great atmosphere. Food is amazing and Jim is always willing to make your occasion special. He works with you and ensures you have all that you need for your big day. We held a Anniversary party, 2 birthday parties and been to a few there as well. “Will not being going back after my husband and I recent visit. After being seated and waiting more than 15 minutes to be waited on while a waitress walked by us twice ignoring us and two other couples came and were seated near us and were waited on right away, we walked out! No one said a word. Another turn off, there obsessed with vacuuming and sweeping the floor. Yes l like a clean restaurant but not vacuuming or sweeping done by our table while were trying to have a peaceful meal and dust blowing around in the air. Wont be going back.“

We then enjoyed desserts, chocolate cake and the reminiscent Hess’s strawberry pie, which just like at Hess’s,is large enough to share with several people. I took my girlfriend in there last night and it was so cool. Everyone was singing with the jukebox laughing and having a great time. Going back tonight for karaoke. It's not fancy of pretty or sophisticated,,,it is just a FUN BAR!!!!!!! Oh tea, THEY HAVE FRESH CUT FRENCH FRIES,,,,,DEEP FRIED!!! The omelets were very good. The breakfast potatoes were on point. The sourdough toast was great. The show stopper was the pancakes. They were crispy on the edges, yet fluffy and tender on the inside.“

One of THE BEST actually, no she IS THE BEST Server I have ever had in my entire experience of going out to eat/drink at any bar/restaurant, at any place, EVER.
If I can have her as our server wherever I go, whenever I go out, i would absolutely go out a WHOLE LOT more often.
We need more Servers like her EVERYWHERE.
And she is just such a bright, beautiful, young woman.

The seating area also wasn’t ideal, as the seats are very close together and feel like they’re right in the middle of the walkway.

I’m still giving 5 stars because I didn’t try the food, and I don’t want to affect the restaurant’s reputation unfairly the food is the most important part, and I haven’t tasted it yet. I plan to come back another time, preferably when I’m alone and have more time to sit and enjoy a meal.“

“We brought my daughter here yesterday for her 10th birthday, her favorite, breakfast for dinner. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left our waitress was absolutely amazeballs. She was kind and funny and took extra care of my daughter, wishing her a happy birthday. Our food came fast and everything was delicious and reasonably priced, we wiped our plates clean. My daughter even left our waitress a thank you note on a napkin because she was so grateful for this woman’s kindness during our visit there, this was all her own idea. A little kindness goes a long way, thank you so much for making my daughter’s day! I wish I could remember our waitress’s name but this pregnancy has made my brain mush and I’ve forgotten it, I apologize, but believe that we will never forget how lovely you treated my daughter and our family.“
