“Malcom & Sophia are the greatest. I went to Chipotle and asked for chicken. I did a pivot where I asked for honey chicken, too. They waited until it was made and then gave me plenty, then wrapped it. They are so nice and amazing. “Imagine your best local authentic Mexican restaurant but elevate its atmosphere and execution. The tortillas are literally some of the best I have had, so soft and chewy with dimples of char. The proteins are marinated and grilled, with simple but bold flavors expressed in the lingering colors of the sauces. The Remolacha was the sleeper dish. The paste of nuts under the golden beats were a refreshing new type of dish I'd never seen in this type of cuisine. One caveat, the small room makes it quit loud so be prepared to do a little shouting.“
