“I like Hoss's and I wish they had one near my home.
I liked the steak, but I think I enjoyed the salad bar more.
I didn't like the dry lettuce at the salad bar, and simple technique turns blah into yum. Wash and soak the lettuce in ice water for a few minutes, it makes a huge difference.“

“We were there on Saturday. The food was very good. I was going to order a salad and I asked for Thousand Island dressing and was told that they don't have that. I just can't imagine why a place like Longhorn don't have Thousand Island. So I didn't order the salad. Please think about putting Thousand Island back on the list of dressings. I would think Thousand Island would be a popular dressing.“
