They pour the cream on a freezer plate and smash and spread it into a frozen thin sheet and the cut and roll it into rolls so they can place it in a cup. Really cool to watch and even better to eat!!! Lastnight, I had Cookie Dough and tonight I had Cookies and Cream! Both excellent choices to finish the night after an evening of live music!
