“Preordered 25 pretzels for a class party and staff were super friendly when picking up. As I was checking out I noticed what looked like a breakfast sandwich. After asking I was told they just came out with them today. It was a pork roll egg and cheese sandwich on a pretzel bagel. Soooo delicious!!! Will definitely be purchasing again.“

“I like to give five star onlyn for the girls they're very nice and friendly I got the hot dog in a pretzel full of cheese but I noticed the hot dog was kind little spoil did not taste good at all I it's been my first time being in his pretzel factory I never been a pretzel factory maybe I'll try the one in New Jersey but Philadelphia I didn't like it they don't taste very good sorry that's the way I feel I love bread so I usually buy pretzels from Subway it's a little expensive but it tastes wonderful and fresh“

“I've been coming to this business for years with my family. My wife and I have had the pleasure of getting to know the staff more then just "hello and goodbye'. I can tell you all day long how they've made my grandchildren's birthdays special. Now, I'm not a facebook guy. “This has always been my go to for pretzels and trays they are the best. I have always defended the person that everyone complains about the way she talks to people. That being said I will not order again from them no matter how much I like them she is VERY IGNORANT< RUDE AND SURPRISED SHE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. Customer service goes a long way lady. “I took my nephew here today and he passed out on the car ride there and it’s mid nap time I did not want to wake him up and the young girl behind the counter Olivia was so sweet she even brought the food and water ice out to the car because I didn’t want to wake him up just to grab the food! Every single time I’m there it’s always an amazing experience all the workers are very sweet. A friend and I just went there two days ago for some water ice and another amazing Experience! Plus they definitely have the best water ice and food!!!! Highly Highly HIGHLY recommend if you haven’t been there before you need to go and check it out!!!!
