It's not the consistency either because temperature must be precise which gives you the creamy feel on the tongue and it provides the consistency. Temperature is critical. I got ice balls in my ice cream today. The flavor was good but that ruined everything. So the machine was about 3 degrees too cold. It has to be deadly accurate or it's never going to be dreamy. I do dream of the Dairy Queen often. But today I got the Ice Queen.“
