The whole family can go grab a quick bite (and, drink) after class or baseball/basketball games without breaking the bank. “Overall, a great Altoona bar for mixed drinks, shots and bar food - clean bar top and attentive bartenders. If you don’t smoke this is not the bar for you. There’s a bar, the next door over that’s owned by the same owners that’s a great non-smoking option (Zach’s). Regardless of which, if a PA team is playing they’re showing it on several television angles within the bar. There’s an ATM, cash only cigarette machine, and several lottery machines at your disposal.“

“We just hosted my bridal shower here and it was fantastic! They did such a great job with the food and drinks and having it ready to go. We also loved and appreciated the sign they made going into the shower. The venue space is amazing and was perfect for our small and intimate get together but would be great for a larger group too!“

“The food is always amazing. Potions are huge and they are always really great about accommodating special requests. My kids love ordering from here and will request it at every opportunity. I personally suggest getting the calzones. They are hands down the best in the area!“

“Local "Dive Bar". Decent food. Most bartenders are great. The atmosphere depends on the day. Located near PSU Altoona campus so the students do frequent some nights. Most of the time, it's relatively chill, but there are some nights where there are nights and people getting rowdy. Usually on Karaoke nights from what I've picked up. They have trivia and bingo during the week, which I'd do again. Overall, not a terrible experience, but certainly room for improvement.“
