“Whoever the young lady is who worked on 4/7/25 at the Ambridge location at 2:30-3PM deserves some recognition. Her name may have been Dora? Not sure. Anyways, some guy came in and started being nasty towards her over the fact that he thought his cold cut should have more meat on it (for no extra charge). The woman making his sub calmly and professionally explained the menu, the pricing, and what all a cold cut combo would entail, and the guy just starts bullying her and telling her “you’ll be on the news for this… subway used to be great… blah blah…”
Long story short, the customer was 100% in the wrong in this instance and that female worker handled the situation with much more grace and patience than I would’ve. She sure didn’t deserve all that bs, but she handled it phenomenally well. This five-star rating is specifically for her!!“

“Street Heat understood the assignment. Open late on a Sunday, less than 10 minute wait for food for 6 people and everyone was 100000% satisfied. The food was some of the best I've ever had. forget about Jerry's because these steak and fries were on a whole other level. “This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“Food is always great at Five Guys, so no complaints here. The staff was also very friendly. We had a newborn in the parking lot and had eaten out food in the car, so we were parked outside for a while (our baby then had thrown up so we were outside of the car cleaning up and such) and because of that a staff member came out and asked if we were okay which was really nice!“

“This has been my go to arbys for years now. Worth the 40 minute trip to crush my arbys cravings knowing this location has only ever slightly messed up an order by giving me crinkle fries instead of curly. I miss the spicy 3 pepper sauce though, it was my go to for on my sandwich and fries. The workers here are always nice and polite as well.“

“I didn't get food, my friend of mine and I just got pop. So I can't comment on the food. However, I can say the staff was friendly, the place was VERY clean, and the service was quick and very good. “I ordered online for delivery from the Moon location yesterday afternoon. The ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, the driver was great and the food was amazing. I can’t usually gush over pizza place food, but everything was spot on! The wings were a good size and cooked great, the amount of sauce on them was perfect (mango habanero). My stromboli was exactly as I ordered it and most importantly, the portions in it were excellent. It was not skimpy by any means, but not so overstuffed I couldn’t lift a piece. “Stopped today for the first time. The burgers were absolutely delicious, as expected. The regular chocolate shake was very chocolatey which I dig, but it was too much for my daughter.

Food took longer than expected, but it was not ridiculous.

Again, the burger was great. Absolutely delicious, not overly greasy, and I was happy the bun didn't have seeds. Simplicity rules the day.

Crinkle fries were OK, onion rings good. My wife liked her chicken sandwich, my sing said he would not get the chicken twnders next time.

Price-wise I guess it's on par with competition, but damn! $80 for 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, 1 order of fries, 1 order of onion rings, 3 regular shakes, and a fountain drink (including tip) seems €x¢€$$iv€.“
