“Every time I go to the subway they take the time to make my sandwiches the way I want once I even went not realizing it less than 10 minutes before they closed and the woman behind the counter helped me make my sandwiches never complained once that they were basically closed Great customer service all around.“

“Food was good, but we weren't used to the people standing at are van to order our food. My kids in the back couldn't see the menu at all that the person was holding and she wouldn't let the boys see the menu she had so she made us drive around to the larger menu. Just seemed kinda pointless lol.“

“Ordered the chicken Philly pizza yesterday , while I understand they don’t make their own chicken , there was a bone in a piece of chicken ( I still have it lol ) . Been going for 44 years. The first place I went after getting my driver's license.Parking: Can get busy in warmer weather. Maybe 50 parking spots, they come to car take orders and deliver it. “My third time visiting the Cranberry location, and again it didn't disappoint. It's still unfortunate that the Ross Park Mall location closed making this the closest, and after biking on a warm February day I was in the mood to undo my progress with a burger and fries. I showed up around 5pm after placing a mobile order, but was worried since it took me a bit to get there due to traffic and distance. I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, medium Cajun fries, and chocolate milkshake (a classic combination!) so of course I didn't want it to be sitting there at room temp when I arrived.Thankfully they still make a decent amount of it when you get there to ensure freshness! As soon as I announced I was there for an online order some of the crew prepped the milkshake and put together a new batch of fries while I waited at the pickup table. After a few minutes I had everything and sat down, noticing how clean and organized the restaurant was. This isn't your typical McDonald's with sticky floors and debris everywhere. All seats were pushed in, the floor and table tops were clear of messes, and a young worker spent most of the time I was there going around emptying trash cans and tidying up. Most fast food joints neglect that due to having everyone hurriedly filling orders at the drive through and being understaffed. A steady stream of customers came in during the 45 minutes I stayed and the kitchen staff handled it all in decent time.I like the layout of this location and others too, much of the kitchen is visible which gives you something to watch while eating, but also gets you seen right away when entering. Plus the free peanuts and sacks of potatoes add to the unique feel. Even a sign telling you the town in Idaho where the damn potatoes came from! Plus all the signs around the restaurant touting news articles mentioning the popularity of Five Guys. It all just stands out from the drab gray appearances of remodeled modern fast food places. I'd say my only gripes were the cost, it does tend to be notably higher here than the competition. And me always forgetting to order the small fries, you get plenty with that and half of them overflow the cup and are in the bag, haha!“

“In terms of fast food, this is definitely one of the best chains! I love their burgers and their Cajun fries! Even their hot dogs are good! I have never had a bad experience at this particular location! All the employees are very nice! I'm also impressed with how clean they keep the inside as well!“

“We got this for the first time over the weekend. We got it to go. The fries are so good I couldn't stop eating them. They dump the extra they make in the bag so it was full of fries. So many we couldn't eat half of them. The burgers are really good too. You pick your toppings. I got a little cheese burger, which idk why their called Little when it's regular size. It was really tasty. I'm not a huge burger fan but I am of theirs now. They make them while you wait so you know their frsh. My dog had a $6 jot dog, no bun. He enjoyed it. Wanted more.So yea a bit pricey but we'll worth it. We spent $46 for 2 ppl and the hot dog. 2 burger and 2 fries. Give it a try if your in the burger mood.Parking: Parking iffy. You can find a place but it might not be in front.“

“It's like Subway, but more expensive and you don't have the option to have your sub toasted. I wish I had known that, because I'm pregnant and not supposed to eat cold cuts unless they're heated to 165°. The workers were friendly, but my roast beef sandwich was almost too dry to eat until I went up and asked for some extra mayo packets.One awesome perk though: they have CREAM SODA on tap! And it's amazing.“

“The staff truly handle a lunch rush with grace and skill. I always have to go right at 12pm, with everyone else, and they never keep you waiting for long. Their food is so good and authentic and I find myself recommending it to everyone at office.“

“Because I come here often and they know me so well that they bring me what I want to drink before I even order it, granted they could make the french fries a bit more crispy, and they might try offering thicker hot dogs, plus adding brown mustard and mayo as condiment options, but the soda machine always seems to have just the right amount of carbonation in the drinks and best of all they serve Pepsi Products which is much better than Coke Products“

“This chick- FIL-a is A-MAZING! I went there spur of the moment, and was promptly greeted by an employee by the name of Jade, she was friendly, and was enthusiastic about her job, as were all the rest of the employees I saw. My order was accidentally picked up by a different customer with the same name, and they again, courteously and promptly made it right! Also, for the mix up, I was given a gift card for a free shake. “Not a big fan of McDonald’s food but every so often I will stop by usually through the drive through window which also they’re supposed to be serving up hot meals but by the time you do get my food it’s not. After the cost of food is climbing it’s more reasons to just’a stay home and eat. Fast foods aren’t my delicacy anyways!“

“I've eaten here countless times while I'm at the mall. Food is always great (cheese steaks are large for the price, and their fries are as well (very good fries btw, try the ultimate fries). “I stopped for dinner after a long day of errands with my husband, toddler, and newborn. It was nice that the dining room was not really crowded. We were greeted promptly and with so much friendliness. The gentleman (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) who took our order was very nice, interacted with us and our daughters. It made the experience so nice. Our food was ready before we were done filling up our drinks. It's nice to have a great relaxing experience eating dinner (especially with kids) even if it is just at a fast food joint!“

“My husband and I ate here during our lunch break today and had a great experience! The gentleman who took our order was very nice and went out of his way to split our sandwich we shared, plus he brought it right to our table. “Three weeks ago I was at the Jersey Mike's located on Liberty Avenue. Ordered the original Italian sub. Have not eaten anything like this brow. All the meats salami and ham and pepperoni were cut or sliced fresh. Delicious. There are all kinds of places selling subs and then there is Jersey Mikes! This will always be my first choice.“
