“I haven’t gotten the subs from here in a long time, maybe over a year. I had a craving today for their “Everything” bread. I headed to the store around lunchtime, as I walked in the door, I saw a sign to get a free 5 inch sub when you join there online program, I scan the QR code and decided to place my order online. The app did not redeem for a free 5 inch sub, but I went ahead with my order anyway. I didn’t see the “Everything” bread through the online portal (only: plain, sesame and multigrain) so I chose another bread type and guessed that they had discontinued the “Everything” bread since I hadn’t been here in so long. I sat at a booth and submitted my order, then a lady walks in and places her order at the counter and I hear her ask for the everything bread. I walked over to the counter and I see that it is still a bread option on their board. Then I asked the attendant at the counter if it was possible to change my bread type for my online order. Cadence clarified if I wanted the change for both of my subs and I said yes, she fixed my order without any issue. When she brought my order to me, I apologized for the inconvenience and she said that it was no problem and that if I had any issues with the online order in the future that I could give them a call at the store. This review is kudos to Cadence and her great customer service. As far as the DiBellas app, it’s still needs worked on.

Parking: There are a lot of businesses close together, so although DiBellas may not be busy, the parking lot is.“

“If you're looking thru reviews trying to make a decision, just go here. Great pricing, not a chain restaurant it's small, clean and it's always a friendly atmosphere in there. Sandwich chains have set portions and if you aren't there to get vegetables heaped all over your sub, you're beat and walk out with 2 slices of cheese, 2-3 slices of meat and that's about it. This place doesn't do that. When I order turkey and cheese I get plenty of both. They make those sandwiches like they'd want them made for themselves. Definitely not stingy.“

“Picked up steak salads after work tonight. Casey and Raven were amazing. Casey took my phone order in a friendly and professional way. Salads were ready when I got there. Plenty of meat (and signature roast potatoes) and staff was great. The place is really convenient for us but that's not why we keep going back. We love the steak salads!“

“I love DiNella’s subs. They are freshly made with you picking the sub, the bread, and the toppings. Some subs are hot while others are cold. And don’t forget to have a cookie with your sub, as well as chips and a drink. A wonderful and filling meal. I love the Italian Sub!“

“UPDATE: I just want to update my below review. The management at this location reached out to me within 24 hours of leaving this and refunded my order. Not only that, but Michael was sincerely interested in specific feedback about the pizza and finding ways they can improve going forward. Customer service like this is why I will continue to go back to Primanti’s even after a bad experience. Kudos to Michael and to Primanti’s for taking ownership of a mistake and striving to be better next time. You don’t see a lot of that anymore. Thank you!

The pizza at this location is awful. I’ve had Primanti’s pizza at multiple other locations around Pittsburgh and have always thought their pizza is great. I’m not sure how true this is, but I’ve heard that not all locations have a pizza oven. I’m not sure what they’re doing at this location with the pizza, but it was inedible. The cheese was waxy, hard, and extremely greasy and burnt. The sauce was dried up and tasted awful.

We got the family meal deal tonight and had to throw the entire pizza out. My kids hated it. My wife and I both tried it and it was absolutely terrible. The sandwiches, tenders, and giant Bavarian pretzel we got were great tho. The pizza is my only complaint. Something needs to be done to improve it at this specific location. It’s really bad.“

“My wife and I stopped at this Firehouse Subs for the first time. We split a large Italian sub, which was plenty of food for a light lunch. The sandwich was not bad, but there was nothing special about it either. Most of the meat was just ham, with a wisp of salami (??maybe?), and there was very little cheese, lettuce and tomato, making it really just a warm ham sandwich. The only thing that made it somewhat Italian was the little bit of dressing they put on it. (NOTE: by the way, I didn't realize that all subs are HOT subs, unless you specifically ask for cold.) I may go back someday to try their cheesesteak, but not in a hurry to visit again. Final Verdict: Not bad, but nothing to write home about.“

“The drive thru speaker was down. So we had to drive up to the window and order. Then we waited 20 minutes for our order. Everyone in line was getting upset. It would have been faster if we had gone inside. Live and learn. On the plus side the order was correct and tasted as good as subway gets.“
