“I haven’t gotten the subs from here in a long time, maybe over a year. I had a craving today for their “Everything” bread. I headed to the store around lunchtime, as I walked in the door, I saw a sign to get a free 5 inch sub when you join there online program, I scan the QR code and decided to place my order online. The app did not redeem for a free 5 inch sub, but I went ahead with my order anyway. I didn’t see the “Everything” bread through the online portal (only: plain, sesame and multigrain) so I chose another bread type and guessed that they had discontinued the “Everything” bread since I hadn’t been here in so long. I sat at a booth and submitted my order, then a lady walks in and places her order at the counter and I hear her ask for the everything bread. I walked over to the counter and I see that it is still a bread option on their board. Then I asked the attendant at the counter if it was possible to change my bread type for my online order. Cadence clarified if I wanted the change for both of my subs and I said yes, she fixed my order without any issue. When she brought my order to me, I apologized for the inconvenience and she said that it was no problem and that if I had any issues with the online order in the future that I could give them a call at the store. This review is kudos to Cadence and her great customer service. As far as the DiBellas app, it’s still needs worked on.

Parking: There are a lot of businesses close together, so although DiBellas may not be busy, the parking lot is.“

“Picked up steak salads after work tonight. Casey and Raven were amazing. Casey took my phone order in a friendly and professional way. Salads were ready when I got there. Plenty of meat (and signature roast potatoes) and staff was great. The place is really convenient for us but that's not why we keep going back. We love the steak salads!“

Very fresh and friendly service on the phone and in store.I swear when I called a month ago they said one tray would feed 8-10, but it could easily feed double unless you're feeding giants. Trays definitely seemed bigger than the other images posted in reviews. I could have ordered half as much, but they should keep for a few days as leftovers.“

“The restaurant was empty when we arrived amazingly, so we were promptly greeted by the friendly staff and manager. Both my wife and I ordered the Italian Meatball sub. Absolutely delicious. I ordered the 10 inch with intentions of only eating half, but gorgeous down the entire thing in one sitting. I've been here a few times, and the staff has always been friendly and the restaurant clean. Definitely recommend going here if you're in the mood for a great sandwich.“

“Food was great. Had the Reuben the first night and the Cheese steak the second. It is decorated as a sports bar but it's dead inside. First night waitress was ok. Second night the bartender seemed bothered to assist us. We walked in and sat at the bar. 15 minutes later the bartender came from the back and asked us for our drink order. In between making drinks she wandered over to a booth and ate her own food.“

“It's like Subway, but more expensive and you don't have the option to have your sub toasted. I wish I had known that, because I'm pregnant and not supposed to eat cold cuts unless they're heated to 165°. The workers were friendly, but my roast beef sandwich was almost too dry to eat until I went up and asked for some extra mayo packets.One awesome perk though: they have CREAM SODA on tap! “My wife and I stopped at this Firehouse Subs for the first time. We split a large Italian sub, which was plenty of food for a light lunch. The sandwich was not bad, but there was nothing special about it either. Most of the meat was just ham, with a wisp of salami (??maybe?), and there was very little cheese, lettuce and tomato, making it really just a warm ham sandwich. The only thing that made it somewhat Italian was the little bit of dressing they put on it. (NOTE: by the way, I didn't realize that all subs are HOT subs, unless you specifically ask for cold.) I may go back someday to try their cheesesteak, but not in a hurry to visit again. Final Verdict: Not bad, but nothing to write home about.“
