I figured I'd just grab a sandwich and fries or something.....glad I didn't. My word.....delicious. And....only $13.....heck yeah. There isn't a ton of places in these here hills but dang what quality!“

“We have been to Dave and Ruby's several times and always came away happy. We stopped tonight and had the best T-Bone we have ever had in a restaurant. Cooked to perfection--like it medium-well and that's what we got without being burnt. Busy, but still got served quickly and excellent service. We very seldom order steak because we're usually disappointed--not this time--GREAT! We don't usually write reviews, but this time was an exception! Thank you!“

“Came to visit lock haven from 50 miles away. Wanted good local burgers with my friend and this place delivered! The burger was amazing, and the owner and staff were beyond accommodating and friendly. Definitely will return when I'm back in the area!Parking: Lots of spaces on st next to Uncle Albert's. “I had a wonderful dinner! The Salmon entree was so delicious and perfectly cooked. The ham and bean soup was the owners recipe and was amazing! The bartender Alex was friendly, attentive & made a great martini. Can't wait to go back and take my husband! And... the view of the River is priceless!“

“Rode in with a buddy while on the MA BDR. (off road motorcycle track from VA to NY) They were just opening up when we pulled up and told us to wait a sec and they'd get to us. They did. The food was great. The owners were awesome. Highly recommended.“

If your in the lock Haven area and want a good steak I highly recommend!“

“I have been going to the Venture Inn for years. A couple of guys and I stopped in a couple of days ago. Everybody's food looked and tasted good. Our waiter was pleasant but did mess up one guys order of no onions. Not a big deal though. The prices have been going up but, depending on what you order it's still reasonable. I would recommend the Venture Inn for folks who want to go to a nice family friendly restaurant and bar.“

“Atmosphere is always decent when I go in I just never there long enough to really experience it because I just grabbed my bread and my peppers and i'd be on my way. but I love the fact that I get an entire loaf of this thick dense delicious Italian bread, these peppers are to die for and sweet cream butter of course.My daughter and I literally love them so freaking much. They're like a little treat to ourselves! I got my best friend addicted to them and other people as well, ha ha sorry but sorry! ♥︎“
