“We recently had my daughter’s baby shower in their banquet room. The food was absolutely delicious, everything from appetizers to dessert was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for my daughter’s special day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a small venue.

“ambiance is nice, great atmosphere for dinner, service was a little slow especially the food coming out, but the food was excellent, the server was friendly and attentive, outside of service a little slow, we used a gift card and was charged 3 percent charge for a credit card, I explained to the server it was a GC and not a credit card, she apologized and took the bill, she came back and said the machine would not allow the charge to be taken off, there was 6 of us and didn't feel like staying any longer, but Gift card is same as cash and shouldn't be charge the credit card fee since the business isn't paying any fee“

“Hands down the best and most popular resturant in NEPA. This place is always jammed packed, even on holidays. Wait staff, and management really take care of their customers. I reccomend the ceaser salad and hanger steak. The creme brulee is the best and highly sought after. You are never dissapointed here- even the kitchen staff will come out and check on you. A+++“
“A huge thank you to Donna and her staff for another great event for us! This is the third time we’ve used Center City Cafe to cater a party and she did another amazing job. Everyone raved about the “build your own taco bar.” My favorite part was that Donna came to set up for us (every time), which took so much pressure off of us the morning of our event so we could concentrate on other things.“

“Good food with a fair price. Friendly staff. Haven't had a bad experience until today. We have been customers here for years and always have had excellent food and service until today. Everything was over cooked. Had a BLT sandwich with chips. Bacon was hard and burnt. Coffee was burnt and onion rings were also burnt. First bad experience in almost 20 years. Yes I would still recommend this restaurant. Can't be perfect all of the time.“

“I ordered lunch via door dash and to say it was delicious is putting it lightly! It was packaged really well, when it arrived it was still piping hot. “When my Jeep grenaded it’s serpentine belt I pulled into the owners lot where I was greeted by Don and Vicky, they looked at my car, insisted I come in to stay warm and even gave me a few pints to take the sting of breaking down away! It doesn’t hurt they like the Steelers either! I will be back soon for real with my wife to say hello“

“My girlfriends and I are on a mini vacation in Wilkes Barre PA, and we went to Isabella for dinner. Before going in we decided to take some pictures together. While trying to do a selfie two lovely people offered to take the picture for us. They were so kind and very friendly. Little that we knew they were the owners of Isabella and we talk with them. The dinner was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if ever in the Winker Barre area in P.A.“

“I was at Millers in W-B on 4/27, which was also the night of a concert up the street. It was packed. The staff at the front door were SO NICE! We waited at least 30 min at the bar with no eye contact from either bartender. Then, a man who was I’m assuming a server jumped back and served us. We were so thankful and he was also, SO NICE!!!! We sat at the bar for one hour until our table was ready. I used to bartend, so I get it that you can be busy, but at least acknowledge the customers. I also observed arguing between staff and then apologies. I’m assuming, bc it was busy and the main bar tender was stressed, but take that behind the scenes. When we finally got to our table we had Zachary as our server who was PHENOMENAL!!!!! He knew we had a show to get to. He was attentive, friendly, funny and the BEST! I would probably go back, bc the French dip was delicious, but not on a busy night.“

“First visit back here in quite awhile. Place has been here in Luzerne a long time. Food was great as was the service. Menu is very large. Lots of options from bar food, entrees and pizza along with apps and great salads. Old school bar with great bartenders who know what they’re doing. Chicken cheesesteak pictured. Great time!“
“I'm so glad that my friends invited me to join them on Friday night. Place was packed what they had enough Boston goes behind the bar to take orders.. I was told that they have very good buffalo wings so I ordered some. They have the best wings in town. My friend asked me to try a bite of her plate and I did and it was super good. “What a great spot! The atmosphere here is a mix of cool/hip but also warm/inviting. Lots of seating indoors, outdoors, and at the bar. The chicken francaise was soo tasty, juicy and cooked perfectly.
What really made our experience was our awesome bartender, Nick. Even when things were busy, he didn’t make us feel rushed but was still quick and efficient. When he checked on us and our drinks I felt like he really wanted us to have the best experience possible. After things calmed down, he gave us some recommendations for the area and was very engaging with all the bar patrons. By the end, I felt like I was a local regular even though it was my first time there. Thanks Nick for making our visit so memorable!“

“First time eating there ....will definitely come back again ! The food is excellent and the homemade WARM bread is delicious ! The service is extremely polite which makes you feel right at home. Pricing is reasonable and the portions are very sufficient ...we had to bring some food home !! You will need to make reservations even on a week night !!! Whatever you do, don't eat for a whole day before you go.... you'll never be able to finish your meal !!!! We can't wait to go back again !!!!!!!!
