“Nice little Christian Cafe. When I say that, this place will certainly be a comfortable spot for you even if you do not believe. There are Bibles and books and Christian material around in the peripheral. Not on the tables and there's nobody trying to convert you in there. It is a very comfy spot, well decorated and just Pleasant. The music has been neutral Jazz both times that I have been. Had me a proper fancy coffee and listen to some Miles Davis and John Coltrane. The profits of this Cafe benefit a local youth outreach as does the sandwich shop and the thrift store on either side. Highly recommended!“

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly, proud staff and the smell of incredible food. “I first experienced Bert's Wooden Indian when I was in college. This is my favorite restaurant. I've been going there for 58 years. We celebrate my birthday there every year and we'll be celebrating my 77th birthday this weekend. We love the atmosphere, service and especially the food. I highly recommend it.“

“This place saved my butt last minute by hosting my son’s birthday when the weather was not cooperating for an outdoor party. We had around 38 people in their banquet room for pizza and cake and it went great. The owner and staff made accommodations to fit our needs while staying within budget. I’m so thankful for the family and staff that operates this place.“

Alex, Jodi and a group of workers immediately took over helping me walk 3 steps while others picked up my scooter and carried it!! It still warms my heart. “This one is a tough recommend. On one hand, The food I've received from this location has been consistently excellent. Deliveries have been fast. People were friendly. All the basic good points. On the other hand. More than once an order was delivered and placed...but no knock or notification that delivery was made resulting in the food being cold. Nothing done about it. More than once during posted opening hours was everything dead. Not at an hour left...but with plenty of time left. Earliest was at 7pm when posted time said closing time was 11pm...phones would go unanswered...online ordering would state location was closed. I get things happen, but this is a constant irritant at this location. So while I do recommend this place, it's with a huge caveat leading to this final statement. If you can get service from this place, the food is great.“

They are easy to work with, always get it right, timely, fair pricing, and the food is always good!! Makes feeding large amounts of people easier and pleasurable. Grand Valley Inn is highly recommended!“

Not only did manager come to table to check on things(2x) but when she realized I had been served but my son was still waiting 15 minutes later they promptly retrieved his meal and discounted for the delay.
