“I went for lunch with some coworkers and had the pick 2 (cali cheesesteak and Mac n cheese). It was delicious. The waitress was kind and food came out in a timely manner. It was a nice atmosphere.“

“Visiting from out of town for a football game and decided on Champs for some pre-game noms. Service was decent and quick. Big establishment with tons of seating suitable to all group sizes. Plentiful TV's with all the games on. Food was tasty... Spicy wings weren't spicy at all but still yummy. Unfortunately fries were the only meat/dairy free option so maybe not the best for those with dietary restrictions... Definitely a good game day spot though.“

“I visited this restaurant after traveling from Michigan. I took a seat at the bar and I was greeted by the bartended immediately. She was very friendly and had a nice personality. Definitely a good choice for a bartender! The restaurant was nice and clean. I ordered a beer and a steak. Overall the meal was very good. Steak was cooked just right, fries were tasty and the broccoli was good too.
However, while the steak was very good, it had a tendon running through it that I couldn’t even cut with a steak knife. I just had to eat around it. Kind of a bummer.“

“Had lunch there today as part of our office's quest to find the best pizza in State College. I was impressed with their new lunch menu that let's you pick from 3 crusts and any toppings by the slice at a reasonable price. The flakey crust was unconventional but very tasty. I went to the Hi-Way downtown in college but have largely forgotten it but was pleasantly surprised today and will go back for lunch much more often. Will they win our office vote for the best pizza? Not sure but I suspect they are in the running.“

The venue presents a club-like atmosphere, with a bowling alley conveniently accessible via connecting doors. The value proposition for the quality of cuisine provided was exceptional, and the food itself was outstanding. I particularly savored the rodeo cheesesteak sub, served on a freshly baked bun prepared on-site. The fries, in my assessment, were among the finest I have experienced recently, being freshly cut and perfectly crisped. Our visit took place during the transitional period between lunch and dinner service.“

“Another packed bar in State College. Went after the Nebraska game. Had a couple of beers. The vibe is chill, not too loud. TVs with sports lining the wall. Not a bad spot to chill and grab a drink. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. The service was alright for being a busy night. I’m sure if it wasn’t a home game it would’ve been better. Still worth checking out.“
