“This was our first time here and the breakfast/lunch bar was open. it was phenominal. great quality of food, tons of choices in buffet style containers to keep it hot. Everything from made to order omlettes, waffles, sausage, salad, pot roast, mashed potatoes, tender breakfast potatoes. my husband said it was the best omlette he has ever had. he had the Irish Omlette. “Clean and good service. They have pool, darts, and outdoor seating. You can order food at the bar from Portofinos next door and they bring it over so you can eat at gormans. Their food is amazing and so reasonably priced, they also have different drink specials everyday, and many of them. The bartender Sam is a sweetheart and great at her job. She recognized me and my boyfriend by the second time we came in, remembered what drinks we got, and shes great at making conversation. We will definitely keep coming back“

“I just went for the my first time. I didn’t order food but the pizza looked really good. They had live music on Friday night (around 10pm-11pm when I was there). “Visiting Pittsburgh over the weekend and couldn’t miss our Buckeyes vs TTUN. Mike’s Beer Bar was recommended, and it was hands down one of the best game day bar experiences we’ve ever had. The atmosphere was incredible, drink menu (both on tap and cans) showing a plethora of choices to satisfy anyone, and great food. The staff was second to none and very friendly as well. The only divine stumble was the Crispy Cauliflower which, drowned in sauce from the start, lost all its crunchy dignity; the spiritual lesson here is that the sauce always goes on the side. To accompany the sin, the Pious Monk Dunkel beer fully lived up to high expectations. That night the staff was glaringly short-handed, but Nicole multiplied herself and took fantastic care of us. They accept card payments, though they nail you with a 2.75% fee for the privilege.“
