“When I first arrived, there was a line..I wasn't gonna stay, but my son really wanted their food.. glad I stayed bc as per usual, line moved, food awesome and that's bc the kids that work there r amazing and smart w the menu (& that's not ez!!!) Loved it and recommend ?“
“Omg the food is sooo GOOD my 10 year old son and I started looking around the neighborhood to see if we could spot an apartment to rent ! No joke !! Delicious !!!!!!! Please bulld where i live.. Western NY ! Im writing to shark tank players on Twitter to INSIST they help franchise this gemstone of a restaurant ! lol. ?“
“Great sushi at a fair price. We had the Spicy Combo Roll as well as the 12pc combination sushi platter. The sushi was well prepared and everything you'd expect from a good sushi restaurant. I don't usually care too much about ambience, assuming the food is good, however in this case I felt between the lack of artwork, as well as the plastic disposable "party" cups it warranted a star being removed. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and this is definitely a place I'd visit again.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is on the second story with what appeared to be stairs as the only option.“
“How do I describe the Pho restaurant. It has most commonly seen Vietnamese cuisine. The taste of Pho was a bit plain style but nice. I like my pho very hot when served. It's not up to my requirements but still acceptable. They apologized for not serving basil for pho because they couldn't find any from their market... My bad luck... Service was prompt and the staff were friendly. Recommended!!“
“One of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh!! As someone who grew up eating homemade Chinese dumplings, this place reminds me so much of home— the dumplings are incredibly authentic, fresh, and delicious. My favorite is the spicy hot oil sesame dumplings. The service is also exceptional. Everyone, from the chef to the manager to the servers, is very kind, attentive, and lovely to talk to. It’s clear that every dumpling is prepared and served with care and love!“
“Went there for Valentines Day.....first time there. Very quaint place. French Onion soup was delicious as was the Halibut. The service was spectacular and we did not feel rushed at all. The lemon sorbet was a nice touch to cleanse the pallet. We will be back.....hungry.“
“Every time I'm in a new city I like to find a good pho spot and this did not disappoint. The broth was so rich that I did not need to add a thing. The meat was very tender. The spring rolls were flavorful as well and tasted different from the many I've had before from other restaurants. The service was amazing, my waitress was so sweet and attentive. I am a pho lover and don't really write reviews but here I am.“
“I was pleasantly surprised as well as impressed with this Deli. Their corned beef is home made… not lunchmeat. Their roast beef is home made… not lunchmeat. The food is EXCELLENT. Their staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is good! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS NEIGHBORHOOD TREASURE!“
“This is a great Mexican restaurant in the south side. We were there a few weeks ago. The place has a lovely vibe and the staff is very friendly. We ordered table side guacamole, birria taco, tamale and enchiladas and a couple of mezcal cocktail the food and drinks we ordered were spectacular.“
“Hands down the best deli in Pittsburgh. Fresh ingredients and my order is always correct (and I have eaten here MANY times). Some may think it is pricey for a sandwich, but they use Boars Head meats & cheeses, Breadworks bread, and the sandwiches include a pickle and a bag of chips. I think the price is more than justifiable.“
“What a great addition to an area full of mediocre chain restaurants. enjoyed an evening out with my coworkers and even the picky eater was happy. Happy to find a tuna poke bowl and pork belly buns... both were delicious. The Rib eye, Curry and korean short ribs were very good as well, The atmosphere and presentation of the dishes added to the enjoyment.“
“Excellent vibe, and fresh food. Our server, Ash. went above and beyond. She never had empty hands, came to tables with food/drinks and left with dishes. Did her two bite check in and even caught refills from other tables smoothly. Truly, high efficient server. Definitely, will be hoping to get her again next time. Thank you. (Now if the manager(s) can clean up the walls it would be super for the cleanliness of the restaurant)“
“I think all the employees should be friendly with all the guest, the servers are only friendly to those they are waiting on. Hostess not very friendly at allDietary restrictions: Gluten free optionsWheelchair accessibility: Ramps throughout“
“Most cozy little spot to have to have delicious comfort food!! Soup varieties are unmatched, sandwiches are oh so good and mac n cheese you'd wanna smack your own Mumma for!!Dietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten free options availableWheelchair accessibility: Zoup meets all ADA requirements, plus has a staff that would be ready available for assistance“
“About 2 weeks ago I had gone to Zoup for the first time. I absolutely loved what I had. The variety of soups they have and the sandwiches, it was delicious. You're able to try all of the soups. The staff is helpful and friendly. I've been there 4 times since. I highly recommend Zoup. I work in Southpoint and that's the Zoup I went to.“
“I’m very rarely downtown at lunch time, but every time I am, I look forward to eating at this place. A friend introduced me to this restaurant years ago and I’m so glad they are still around. It’s counter service and they only take cash (and FYI, they don’t accept the juror discount vouchers other restaurants in this food court do). Service is brisk and professional. My food was ready in just a few minutes.I always get the kyu-don, and it is DELICIOUS every time. It’s a pretty generous portion of beef, egg, and rice. I like it with the oil added on top to give it a mild spice. I’ve been tempted to try some of the other things on the menu — they all sound good — but the kyu-don is so good I just can’t not have it.I’ll be looking forward to coming back the next time I’m downtown!“
“The place is perfect for a comfort lunch, dinner or breakfast. Food is so consistently delicious that I am kind of surprised. The restaurant is clean, well taken care of and well-staffed. Staff if mostly younger people, very pleasant to talk to and I can see that their work environment is good. The dining area is clean and pleasant. Bathrooms are in great state. I highly recommend this location to other people, as it has well served my needs!“
“No buffet on Sundays, but they cooked us dishes to order off the menu. I tried a different kind of bread than our usual naan; this one is fried. Look out! There's a big jump in spiciness from mild (no curry) to medium. I found the mild flavorful enough, but my husband rued his decision to order medium. The entrees are large enough that we each took home half for lunch the next day, making the prices a steal. (He did have to add sugar to make his palatable.) Service was fine. We had the place to ourselves to watch the Indian music videos on the TV screen.“
“Steam table hot pot - you choose your noodles, your ingredients and your soup base and they prepare it for you. Fresh ingredients are fairly limited - cabbage, book choy, lettuce and broccoli. Most of the ingredients are frozen processed foods. I, fortunately, love fish and tofu products smashed together together in all their glorious cake and patty forms. It is worth noting that the crazy hot soup base is primarily flavored with Szechuan peppercorn. An overall solid addition to Squirrel Hill, but not a shining star.“
“I recently dined at this place and had an outstanding experience. The service was exceptional, exemplified by their quick response when one of our dishes arrived later than usual. To make amends, they offered us the delayed dish for free, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Now, onto the food—the Soup, Tour of Italy, and Chicken and Shrimp Pasta were all delightful. Each dish was prepared with care, and the flavors were exquisite. The variety in the Tour of Italy allowed us to savor different tastes in one satisfying meal.Overall, Olive Garden not only impressed us with their delectable dishes but also with their dedication to customer service. A memorable dining experience that I would highly recommend.“
“This is a nice, clean restaurant with friendly staff and generally good food. (One of my few bad experiences was an unripened avocado on my chipotle chicken avocado sandwich.)My one complaint is they keep the thermostat very low, in both summer and winter. In summer, I’ve been there when they had their fireplace on but the ac on so low to the extent that I had to wear a coat I happened to have in my car. I’ve mentioned this to staff a few times, but it’s always the same. And it’s not just me. I see others eating with their coats on as well. Maybe they don’t want people staying more than the time it takes to finish their food?Anyway, also a waste if money on electricity that they could use for better things than to freeze out customers.“
“I never leave reviews, but I love their food here. Service is fast, food is great and reasonably priced. They always have utensils and sauce in the bag. Just had their small egg drop soup and an egg roll for lunch. The soup was excellent!! Came with the fried noodles. The vegetable egg roll was crispy and filling!!! It also had the sauce packets with it. I've been going here off and on since they opened and have never been disappointed. It's way better than fast food and it's consistently good. Actually, over the years it has gotten better!!!!!“
“Great place for healthier fast food, non alcoholic beverages like smoothies, teas, and coffee, and a great place for studying, and/or people watching. Located with a shopping area, there are retail stores, restaurants, and mo in theaters to help keep you busy.“
“This place has one of the best Thai iced teas! I have been going here for a few years and have noticed a few changes in some of the dishes. We got garlic noodle with tofu and a spice level of 6. I always gotten it here and it’s relatively consistent. Usually I feel a bit of spice with 6, but this time I didn’t. The portion size has gone down over the years but there is still enough to fill you. The spicy basil fried was just bad. It used to be so much better. First of all, we got a spice level 7. It felt like they dumped chilly on it and forgot to add any other spices. We could only taste the spice and was otherwise very bland. The garlic noodle on the other hand had more flavors and was definitely way better.“
“The food was good (but not great), and the service was generally good, but I do feel like we were "checked in on" more than usual, which was a tad annoying. All in all, a good place for some standard American-Italian fare.Vegetarian options: I love the make your own with mushroom sauce and broccoli! They have some other options, but that's my go-to. Definitely harder to find good vegan options, but vegetarian is pretty decent“
