My family were traveling to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday and we had just arrived to the hotel but we were hungry and wanted some pizza. Looked online and found Brick Oven Pizza. We sat in the corner and just enjoyed our food, the waitresses not only took our order but socialized with us. One of them asked my son how old he was, and we said “three but he will be 4 tomorrow”. My son also was watching the gentleman fold the boxes into stacks super tall and he would watch my son watch him and they would laugh together as he peaked around the boxes. When bringing our check, the one waitress had if my son had any allergies and what his favorite color was. Needless to say, they made him a gift bag with cake, and a candle (his favorite color) on top, chips, and a note from all of them. It made us all smile from ear to ear and will always be something we cherish and remember for all the years as we talk about his birthdays. Thank you so much to all the staff!“

“Just moved into the Bethlehem area and needed a good, safe pizza place. Tonight I found Stefko Pizza. And as I sit here eating a pan pizza and an order of fries I am in bliss. It’s all soooooo good. But perhaps more importantly to me is that I feel like I found a home away from home. I have never been in such a friendly, welcoming, and as I said, safe. Why do I say safe? Because I’m transgender and I never know how I will get treated in public especially someplace I’ve never been to before. Stefko Pizza though? Amazing. Such lovely, lovely people. “Now coming from NYC we appreciate a nice slice of pizza. You can see I lifted the slice up and all the cheese stayed together with the dough, this my friends is properly cooked and proper ratio between cheese and sauce.

They were getting slammed with orders, but the two or three gentlemen in the store were hustling and getting orders out in a semi-timely manner. I expect they were a little under staffed for the amount of orders they were receiving. Customer area could use a handful more chairs.

Our order, half pepperoni, half Hawaiian (no ham) pie was taken at the counter, and brought to our table when ready. We were invited to grab our beverages from the cooler while we waited.

Well, I certainly found it here! Their GF pizza is light, fluffy, and toppings were the perfect amount. My Fiancée had regular pie of Buffalo Chicken Pizza and he too said it was the best pizza he has ever had! We will be back again! “We found this restaurant online and we were coming to Bethlehem from Wayne, NJ. We made a reservation for 4 on Sunday at 3pm and arrived on time! We were met by our server Maddy and seated at a large table. The food and service were outstanding. We come from an area filled with Italian restaurants and we were so pleased that we wouldn't hesitate at all to drive back just to eat there again! The portions were large, came out exactly as we ordered them. The prices were excellent also. If you want a great Italian dinner or pizza, I highly recommend this place!“
