“Last time I’ve been at this location was 5years ago. But, this is absolutely one of my favorite chain restaurant diners.Went again a few days ago for dinner. The diner was empty but that was fine by me!The manger was our tables server and he was amazing, our entertainment for the night! (We were joking back and forth).The food was amazing, I was a little bummed out that they did not have the other syrup flavors but it’s okay.“

“Phenomenal breakfast spot, I have been going here since they reopened after COVID, and couldn't tell you how many times I've visited. This is my absolute favourite spot to bring friends and family to, since it always exceeds the already admittedly high expectations they have set.The breakfast specials change often, and are unique and always delicious. My personal go-to is the breakfast croquettes, which are worth coming here for by themselves. They are truly a work of art. The lunch items are great too, especially the Mac and cheese if it's still on the menu. My wife loves the avocado toast, especially with the fried brie. The owner also comes by to check in on the food, and is a really nice guy. The rest of the staff is fantastic too, and I always feel at home here.Get in early though, this place gets packed, and for very very good reason. Love these guys, and look forward to coming here for many years to come!“

“When I die, I want my funeral luncheon to be crammed into Muffins, with me propped up in a corner of the back booth, with a Western omelet, hash browns, an order of bacon (or some scrapple), and fresh, hot coffee in front of me. My wife and i have eaten in many, many diners and restaurants, but Muffins is the absolute best. Fresh food, reasonable prices, very clean and a staff that actually cares about you and what they're doing. Magnificent!“

“I am a lifelong fan of the Fairlane. Yes it is small (quaint and old fashioned) and you might have to wait for a table. And yes parking is tough. However, the reason for these minor inconviences is that they have GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE and the word has spread so they are BUSY. Try to come at a slightly off time for breakfast and you will not regret it.“

“Service is excellent and you can tell this place is well run. Large plates of food for reasonable prices and many menu options. I can see why this is a local favorite. Hash browns are real potatoes and are amazing with creamed chopped beef!“

“Parking: The location is "hidden" in an apartment complex. If you follow the gps it will lead you to the complex and if your standing in front of the main entrance, there's a single door towards the left which leads to the resturant. Trust me, it's worth the little adventure.“

“I just moved to the area and was looking for some breakfast. This was the only spot open close to me on a Sunday. Wow. But I admit, the food was spot on. I can tell this place most likely boomed before the pandemic but the orders and pickups were still coming in. The sweetheart at the counter when I came in had a very thick accent so I couldn't understand him at first. Other than that my experience and food was great. I'll definitely be back. My daughter also loved the silver dollar pancakes with powdered sugar.“

“Went there for the first time last week for breakfast. The food was excellent!My eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon was nice and crispy! The service was very good and our server was very nice and attentive! I would definitely recommend Tigers. The exterior could use an update but the inside is really decorated nice and it was very clean!!“

“First time eating Brunch in this restaurant yesterday. Not too busy. Assigned a table for two. Floor directly under my seat was wet from spilled coffee so I asked a server to wipe it which she did half heartedly and not thoroughly. Took longer for her to attend to us despite the not so busy time. Luckily another very pleasant server was kind enough to step in and promptly served us with a beautiful smile and attitude.Food was great! Original server didn’t bother to check back in with us if we needed anything else like, um, water?Came time to pay bill in front and the amount was just about right. Paid the 20 percent tip somewhat reluctantly (I think that was the minimum if I recall) and was told by the somewhat frosty and disengaged front person that the card came through only for the tip(??). Had to swipe card for second time making sure to ask lady I don’t have to tip again. Made me feel it was my fault, no apologies or anything.I would give this place 5 stars except for the front desk reception(not as welcoming as other places) and our first inattentive server. The other server who helped out was great. Food more than made up for this so, 4 stars. I would eat here again but maybe try a different location.“

“I was getting my nails done across the street & i originally wasn’t going to stop by but i walked past the place & felt such a good vibe i had to walk in. as soon as i walk in a lady in the front greeted me very nicely, the service was 10/10 but there was just a special energy everyone was super nice the food was delicious the pancakes were so fluffy & warm the whole time i was there they made sure i was okay & had everything i needed no bad vibes at all & i enjoyed eating in.“

“Great prices and more than generous portions on all of the classic breakfast and lunch food. Burgers are simply amazing, and they are huge! You can't beat breakfast as far as pricing and portions. This is a small place where people have been going for years and years. It ain't fancy, but it hits the mark every time.“

“First time going last week and the breakfast of pancakes, scrambled eggs with turkey pattie sausage did .ore than hit the target. It was all I imagined! For now this will be my spot to order take-out breakfast. There is no dining in and few ill sorted chairs will you wait for your order. They don't take long and the place is very clean, also the staff is mannerly!“

“Always a pleasure seeing Ms. LINDA(the owner) when I dine in or take out. Ive been eating here for over 12yrs. The food is great and ricing are always reasonable. I even had her add a specific sandwhich to rhe menu. A breakfast sandwhich on frenchtoast bread(ex:turkey bacon egg and cheese on potatoe french toast) amazing!!!!! Fresh!!!!! “I met 3 friends at Turning Point at 11:00am on a Monday. They offer breakfast and lunch options. They have a special coffee. The hot chocolate is wonderful. Two of my friends had Eggs Benedict which they said was excellent. My other friend and I had sandwiches, chicken salad for me and club for my friend. They were both good. There were side options, which included healthy greens. There is plenty of parking but I had trouble locating the restaurant as the front door is not on the street. Our waiter was efficient and pleasant. I'd go again but prefer the one in Newtown.“

“I love this place! It has a real neighborhood joint feel to it. They treat everyone with friendly service. You can tell who the regulars are because they are spoken to like family. The food is pretty good too, hefty portions and for the most part, not overly salty like you would find in places like this. All the workers seem to like each other too.“

“A hidden breakfast on the fly spot right on the corner of Windrim Ave they make a heck of a breakfast platter at least the couple times I stopped through in recent years this place and Kim's seafood up the street have been Nostalgic spots to get a grub for me for years both have good Fresh food .“

The Caramel Toffee Crunch iced coffee was * out of this world* Seasoned potatoes are a must.Environment was well thought out and modern, overall design was top notch including bathrooms. The entire restaurant was INCREDIBLY clean. If that wasn’t enough, there wasn’t an unfriendly face or staff member in the house. Waitress was super kind and helpful. “What I loved most about dining at Sunny Side Breakfast & Lunch is that the service is great, the food is absolutely delicious, & the ambiance is very calming. I ordered a plate of shrimp and grits with butter & grits. DELICIOUS!!! The music that they play in the restaurant is good, & the food is extremely affordable. There is a 3% charge to pay with a card, so it's advisable to have cash on hand if you are trying to save a little on your food.
