“To me personally best cheese steak I've had so far! Many options to choose from on toppings and cheese, mine was around $17 but you get your money's worth - it's BIG. There are other things besides cheese steak and pretty sure they have drinks and beer. Order in the right window, when your order is ready they display your name on the screen and announce it on Mike/speaker and you pick up in the left window. It's CASH ONLY and there are no seats inside, some tables outside. We parked on the street and walked over, no designated parking lot. Staff was very nice. Highly recommend and definitely coming back!“

“Was gonna drive to Norristown for my 2nd Zep, but since I was in Lansdale, I ate local. My one complaint. I ordered long hots for my cheesesteak and they were left off. Loved the local roll. Wasn't the end of the world, but it wasn't that busy when I got there. Next time.“

“The employees were super friendly! The food choices have many options and it seems to mainly be made right there in the restaurant. The perogies weren’t just bought from a warehouse & they were really good! This place has more than wings! I’m regretting not getting more cheesesteak eggrolls because they were so good too. I also got a smoothie (even tho it’s 10 degrees out, I still had to try) and it was great! They must use real fruit because it’s not extra sweet or artificial whatsoever but still worth it!! The building is small with only 2- 4 seat table and a small one with 2 seats. I’m assuming not many people eat here & it’s mainly a take-out restaurant. Regardless, definitely worth trying! Everything was really good 👌🏻 Will eat here again!!! 🫶🏻“

“We spent a very enjoyable Saturday night in Bar Code for a friend's birthday. The food was fantastic - be adventurous and try the tripe and chicken gizzards, they were delicious. Great selection of food including vegetarian and vegan. Good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. staff were friendly and welcoming, they went out of thier way to make a great night.“

“Food is amazing I really enjoyed the mozzarella sticks, little bit pricy. Staff is very nice and helpful. One thing is lack of seating especially because it was rainy. For that reason it gets a 2 on atmosphere overall however solid place and I can see it being very good for takeout.“

“I had family in from Connecticut. Our plan was to do DiLasandro's but...you can't eat inside and it's a 45 minute wait. We went across the street to Chuby's. We were not disappointed! The cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks were great! And...the fries...the best I've had in a long time...crispy and delicious! If you insist on DiLasandro's...waiting 45 minutes and then going somewhere to eat it...I understand. However, if you want to sit down...and have fries with ZERO wait for a table...(DiLasandro's only has bags of chips) go for it. But...to me...I'd give Chubby's a 4!!!“

“I'm cheeseburger fan and I was disappointed that we don't have decent options in Roxborough, today I tried Wonder cheeseburger and is really, really good and fair price, I would say that is between five guys and Shake shack. Really happy to have more options in Roxborough. I definitely going to go back for different options like the Mexican food options.“

“We used Ambler Pizza to cater our wedding for 180 guests, and from ordering through delivery, Nick took so much of the stress off our plate.
Nick helped us plan a fabulous menu.
He even split the delivery so the cold items arrived first and the hot food came right on time. The delivery driver was on point, everything was organized, and most importantly, the food arrived hot and delicious.
We had Chicken Francese that practically melted in your mouth, Penne Rosa with a gluten-free option, Caesar salad, and party trays to complement our charcuterie table. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and absolutely delicious.
They even provided take-home containers for our guests, which was such a nice touch and our guests loved being able to take some delicious food home with them.
Catering 180 people is no small job, and Ambler Pizza made the entire process easy from start to finish. We couldn’t have been happier with the food or service and would absolutely recommend them for a party, wedding, or large event.“

“Love the steaks but y'all gotta get it together. Waited 30 minutes for my order when it was basically empty and drove 3 hours back home to find one of my steaks was not what I ordered 😏. A lady in right before had her ordered messed up too and she probably got one of mine in the make up“

“I stopped in here for the for time since they opened and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was clean and well kept. I ordered an old fashioned cheesesteak. The bread was soft, the meat was flavorful, the cheese was melted to perfection and overall it tasted really good. The worker who took my order was polite and my food was done quickly. I love when I have good experiences because i’m usually writing reviews about bad service or bad food quality.“

“The Plymouth Democrats organization ordered election-day 2025 lunches - hoagies and salads - from Tony’s for our poll workers. Tony himself made the advance ordering process easy and had the order all ready ahead of time and as requested. Every single item in the 18-piece order was put together perfectly and our folks uniformly raved about the taste and quality. Good food is important to volunteers during a long day, and Tony’s certainly gave us all a boost!“

“I've never been here, but I order through Uber Eats all the time. Their breakfast sandwiches are very good. I usually get the BOGO Grilled Cheese on a raisin bagel(1 Pork Bacon/1 Beef Scrapple) or a couple 2 Egg/Meat/Cheese raisin bagels. Sometimes I'll grab a couple Hash Brown Patties also. The food is not always made perfectly, but I've never had the food be nasty.

There are a couple of improvements they could make, though. One would be to add more meat comparable to the price that has to be paid for it. Normally, there are two whole slices of bacon on the sandwiches. (I believe three or four should be the norm, but that's just my opinion and love for bacon. I digress.) When you pay $4 for just extra meat, my sandwich should have four to five slices on it now, not THREE. I haven't paid for extra meat since that one incident. Nobody would be happy with a price tag like that. The other improvement would be to how the hash brown patties are prepped for delivery. There should be a small sheet of foil or parchment to keep the patties from sticking to each other as they cool. They are obviously placed on top of each other while they are still hot. As they cool, they bind to each other. Separating them without them just breaking to pieces is almost impossible. It's annoying.

Overall, though, I'm satisfied with the food I get from EB&D. The few inconsistencies I've experienced aren't enough to stop me from ordering from them. I hope my suggestions will be considered if the owner/management reads them. :)“

“Nothin but love. First time I came another customer gave me some money towards what I had, nd they let me go for $.50 to get two slices of pizza overall. Come in today starving with no money looking for anything, they heated 4 garlic knots & gave water. Great pizza, better service. “If you are anywhere near this place, RUN — don’t walk — and try the shawarma pizza. It was absolutely outstanding. The flavors were incredible, the ingredients tasted fresh, and every bite was on point.

What made the experience even better was the owner, Hassan. He was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. You can tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in the food he serves. Great hospitality like that goes a long way.
