“Had low expectations due to some reviews and the place not looking like they serve food. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food, I had the Brussel sprout salad, Mac and chat, and side of brussel sprouts. Everything was very good and will be back again to try more items on the menu.“

“I was traveling from out of state (Tennessee) and stopped at this Chick-fil-A, and I can honestly say this is the best location I’ve ever been to.

The customer service was absolutely on point—every question I had was answered clearly and kindly. For what some might consider a “fast food” restaurant, this was genuinely an exceptional experience with top-tier hospitality.

I also want to specifically recognize Christa. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the people she serves—it didn’t feel forced at all. Even as someone in a higher position, she went above and beyond, which really stood out to me. In my opinion, she deserves a raise—but of course, that’s up to Chick-fil-A.

As far as the food...not a HUGE fan of the fried wings but the breaded hot wings are FIRE! And I also have become addicted to the well done chicken and rice with the salad. “The [female] Manager (Alzira) at this location is by far the nicest person and the reason I come to this location! She has provided me and my family with exceptional service and attention to detail on our orders whether dining in or taking out. If there has been an issue or delay, she has gone above and beyond to make it better! The food is also always served hot and the sandwiches are made to order. I would recommend this location if you are in search of eating a Popeyes meal!“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

I had heard Krispy Krunchy was good - but I didn't know it was this good. I ordered the chicken sandwich. The roll - warm, flavorful existed in perfect symbiosis with the breading on the chicken - which reminded me of my grandmother's southern fried chicken, each little twist of breading an explosion of flavor and spice. Inside, the chicken tasted like it had just been shot this morning, clearly fresh and not frozen. And the buffalo sauce -tangy and hot, and certainly better than Popeye's. The gem was something else though - the honey butter biscuit which coexisted in unison with the perfect sandwich and fresh french fries. A tip: dip the biscuit in the honey mustard - which is the best honey mustard I've ever had. This was such a good lunch that I'm considering coming back tomorrow. And the next day. I'd seen a special at another location for a complete meal w/shrimp, chicken strips, 1 side, 1 biscuit & drink for like $10. The other location Said it was over, but luckily for me at the Champlost location it was still available. GREAT deal I might add. My food was hot & fresh, biscuits (I ordered 1 extra) were on point, they gave me my correct sauces with napkins & utensils to eat with, 😊there was ice in the soda machine & my drink of choice Vanilla Dr Pepper was available AND it wasn't flat. (Do you hear me?) The Popeye Gods were all aligned, can't beat that. Not to mention I was greeted with a welcome to Popeyes, I was there start to finish for about 5-7 minutes, there was 1 or 2 people who ordered ahead of me. It was a good day.
