“my husband and I absolutely Love Twin Valley cold brews. Recently we were in Lancaster for the weekend and visited the Shady Maple location. We ordered our coffees and 3 bags of coffee to bring home. parenting mishap, my husband thought I grabbed the bag of coffee and I thought he grabbed it (because i had both our boys..one in my arms and the other holding his hand). low and behold we left the coffee behind! didn't realize it until we got home the next day. i reached out to customer service and Molly was so incredibly helpful! I felt so silly that we left it behind and she assured me this is common and even shipped our coffee to us since we don't live local. the best cold brews, and even better customer service and staff!“

“Was so pleasantly surprised by this little cafe. My friend and I were antiquing and gps said this cafe was 10 minutes away, so we went, but truly it was right in the mix of all the shops we were planning to go to anyway. Their menu is extensive, their chicken salad was great, and their apple raisin coleslaw was the best I’ve ever had. Will probably spend some time trying to figure out how to recreate that. The service was wonderful and was surprised by how cute the place was. Had a great coffee as we left. Highly recommend.“

“I love this shop. The staff is always nice!! Today they messed up my order though but was so pleasant about fixing it. They messed it up again but I just went on my way. I always get the exact same thing for happy hour, mocha iced latte, light ice with whipped cream. But today just want my day😢 Neither of these are right and they are not tasty at all. “My family and I travel a lot and if you love authenticity and hidden gems, you’ll love Clair’s. If you’re looking for a gourmet experience, this probably isn’t the place for you. The place is super quaint - reminds me of an old 50’s diner mixed with grandma’s kitchen. The food was very homemade - the grilled cheeses and melts were awesome. Buttery and yummy. My son got chicken fingers with a side of homemade mashed potatoes. The potatoes were outstanding. My husband got Turkey with filling and it was fine. For dessert, we got homemade pumpkin pie and chocolate cake with peanut butter icing - both were amazing! The service - Amanda (Clair’s daughter) - was terrific. She was so nice. Made great suggestions and encouraged us to come back for their famous breakfast. We are from NYC and felt welcomed as out of towners. All in all - if you like authentic towny experiences - Clair’s is highly recommended.“
