“First time ordering, they missed the order up a little bit I got whole wings I wanted sauced, they came dry, I own wing sauce no big deal, didn’t send celery witch was annoying cause I ordered two buffalo dishes, then I bit into the wings and everything was good again, they were probably the best delivery wings I’ve ever eaten in my life, I just poured franks on it because they forgot the sauce and enjoyed a very crispy outside and very tender juicy inside, I’ll still go 8 outta 10, would have been 9.5 outta ten if they didn’t mess up the order, I called During a very busy time, 0 outta 10 cause they charge a four dollar delivery charge and don’t tell you so I tip good and ended up tipping the driver 9 on a 24 dollar check to drive two blocks, but I know for next time, it’s hard to get good delivery wings, these were them,“

“This is my first visit and I have found myself never wanting to leave! The food is delicious and the staff is exceptional. The staff team work so well together and give off such phenomenal energy. I ate and smiled the entire visit. If I had more time to be in the company of the phenomenal staff, Chef Asia (AJ), Chef Asha, Chef Carl, Chef Janelle and Chef Tweet, I would have placed my credit card on the table and stayed for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Great eats and great greets at this establishment. That is a difficult find.“

“I made reservations for Harry Potter High Tea in April. They promoted it until mid summer. Had reservation for today June 21st for special Birthday. Ridley House took down all Harry Potter stuff, the restaurant was empty. We were seated in baron area with only one other table. The table tops were really beat up as was a lot of fixtures. High Tea was promoted with 3 tiers of food but what my SIL got was so sparse and a joke for $35. Over priced, underwhelming decor and just horrible! We will not be back! Stingers here we come!!“

“Honestly, I rarely get to come here but whenever I do it’s amazing. The owners are always very kind and welcoming. + They treat you like FAMILY. I tend to just get their normal Mac ‘N Cheese and it’s REALLY cheesy! They also have their own area just for kids. It has nice things you can borrow (such as games) to make your experience way more fun! Their menu is very diverse so even if you don’t like Mac ‘N Cheese you’re bound to see something you’ll like. And again on the service. The workers are so kind and whenever I’m talking with the owners it’s as if we’re FAMILY“

She walked me through the options and how long they’d be available, which I really appreciated. Later that evening I came in with friends and ended up asking for her name, Mikayla was just as sweet in person as she was over the phone, as well as the other young lady with her. “Been a patron of this Applebees for years and found it silly how I haven't given a review yet. Never had any issues here. Rather the experience was in person or through an online order. The staff is always courteous and lovely. There's been some occassions in ehich the manager eould come around asking of how the staff service is. And I never recall being dissatisfied while here. Wish I could be a bit more critical but I always know what to expect when I come here. Good food and good people.

If I would critique anything, there were only a handful of times in which a staff member had us waiting a bit for curbside...but one just has to take into account that this is a restaurant in which the employees are working together but also on top of taking care of the customers who are dining in. And when the service was a bit late, the employees were always very courteous by giving an apology or communicating the wait time to us out in the cars. Once again, I give them total grace as it's a rare occasion.“

Attached is an ice cream shop for hand-dipped bowls, cones and milkshakes. Service is quick and the waitstaff here are down-home-diner friendly.“
