“It’s so enjoyable hopping off a train from Philly and walking across the street towards a quaint town and welcoming restaurant. Their food is consistently fresh, seasonal and delicious. Excellent, friendly, down to earth servers and staff. Such a good vibe, even in the middle of the day. Perfect place to meet friends in the suburbs if coming from center city. Great atmosphere, fireplace in the winter and outdoor seating in summer. Highly recommend!“

“I saw this place on social media so wanted to check it out. You have an amazing idea here. I thought the Z thing was only for the menu but they have their employees substituting Z’s for everything. It’s funny, it’s an experience. Great customer service IMO.Y’all need to update your address or business page on google maps, this location shows one place. I saw another location on your website, this review is for the truck at 3400 Fox St. I’m not even sure what this business page address is for. Maybe this is an old location?Onto the chicken cheesesteak. I got one with fried chicken tenders inside, lettuce, and I think they put some kind of hot sauce as well. The bread this comes on is incredible. If you want anything HEALTHY, DO NOT come here, I’m reading that it’s deep fried bread. Whatever they do to it, I could’ve ate it alone. The fried chicken inside is seasoned well. It’s kinda too much and falls apart as a result but who cares, eat some first with a fork then eat the rest. I got fries here but they were just okay. I want to come back and try something else.“

“Visited for lunch on a sunny Sunday. Solid wine and beer list and fantastic food! The only downside was that there is limited seating and we were near the windows. The sun was streaming in and there was no window shade. Not only were we warm, we ate the whole meal with the sun in our eyes! “Have been here in Roxborough 2 years but never really saw the place until I found it on Google maps. It's a little unassuming on the outside but is really nice on the inside. I think they need a big, bright sign out front facing the street directly.Excellent food. Came for breakfast. Not too salty and they make a great hollandaise sauce. Had the stuffed french toast and crab portobello benedict. Will be back to try lunch and dinner, as well!Prices were good. The food is well portioned. You won't leave hungry.Service is great too. Multiple people checked on us. They check on you consistently for water and coffee. It was busy but we didn't have to wait too long to sit. We also didn't wait too long for food (maybe 15 minutes after order) but they brought our drinks of course within 5. Food came out hot.Can't wait to go back! “A great place. Been open many years. Recently on TV for their Anniversary. Sometimes crowded but they are quick and move fast. You can get breakfast sandwiches all day which is a plus. Coffee very good, another plus. Only takes cash, no big deal to me. Grew up in South Philly and local neighborhood places the same. Got scrapple, egg & cheese, bacon, egg & cheese, peppers , egg & cheese. All outstanding. Owner Bruce and his wife working up front, working, greeting and monitoring everything.“

“I recently worked as a photographer at this bar/restaurant space that was being used for a wedding. There is a small space in the back thats great for pictures and small parties. They also have a bar upstairs and ample parking across the street. The appetizers were delicious and creative. Its a nice venue to hold a small event or to have drinks/dinner.“

“It's a diner food is good. Went for dinner I got crab cakes they were very good. Nice size dinner salad portions as well, could feed 3 people. The diner is clean and staff are good. The booths are hard to sit in though the tables are much higher then the bench even for someone who is 5'7.But overall it's a nice place“

They are twice the size of any other wings that I've eaten.. even if you bought them at the market and made them yourself. “My daughter found this place for us while we were visiting. While celebrating our anniversary. It's a nice spot with some very good food. Service was also good. I was a little disappointed in how they took care of an issue that happened, though. But all in all I would go there again when I'm in town. They're a little pricey, though. But the food is good. I had the Jerk Oxtail. It's spicy but good. Get ready to wipe your nose while you eat. Be sure to get that cornbread. Whew! It's good. The southern chicken strips are tasty also. Enjoy!“

“As a cheesesteak enthusiast, I was anxious to try the "Jawn" advertised as a pound of prime ribeye on a freshly kneaded roll with caramelized onions and Cooper Sharp. The roll was fresh and warm, and yeasty, but more like pizza crust than the high end Italian rolls one finds at the best cheesesteak joints. Onions were perfect. Cheese was kind of skimpy. The beef was high quality and free of gristle..but a POUND? Maybe 8oz. MAX before cooking. I've eaten several pound steaks, and this ain't one. Fries were very high quality frozen, served piping hot in a cute mini fry-basket. Wife's wings were crispy and didn't get soggy in the plentiful hot sauce. Drinks are very reasonable and staff attentive and friendly. I guess the "Jawn" is a kind of novelty, and the price may reflect the beef grade as opposed to weight. Adorable atmosphere. I'll return, but try the Italian dishes where I suspect they excel.“

“I traveled from Atlanta to Union Steaks, and it was worth it! Perfectly located by the Philadelphia United arena, the cheese steaks are among the best in the area. Spicy garlic parmesan is one of my favorites but they have a lot of sauces and other foods to like wraps and platters you would have to just look up the menu. They also have a seafood place and they just open next door I'm not sure the name of it but from what people say it's just as good and you can see the miriam, Samuel, or Islam. “My guy brought me to this restaurant and he was so excited for me to experience it. First of all the decor is stunningly gorgeous. You can see the view of the river as soon as you enter the restaurant. The bar is gorgeous and the customer service is amazing!We chose outside seating and honestly I spent a lot of time taking photos of the river.We ordered a dozen oysters which were excellent and the charcuterie board. I am looking forward to going back as soon as we have another gorgeous spring day!“

We sat outside and had lamb meatballs, tuna tataki and their soup of the day which was a creamy asparagus soup... all were delicious, especially the lamb meatballs. Great Mediterranean flavors with 3 different sauces that all hit perfectly. Entrees were a smash burger (two patties), the two fourteen burger, which was huge and the kimchi fried rice with grilled chicken, which had a great spice to it. I ordered over the phone and when I went to pick up my food the owner was so incredibly friendly. He told me about how it gets chilly in Vietnam in the evenings and they’ll make their broth spicy to warm them up.
