“This place is legit OG. Your not going to get a better restaurant in heart of delco burbs. This place opens at 7am 7 days a week. Place is a powerhouse restaurant/deli/grill giving great service, running full breakfast and lunch menus everyday, easy jump off from 95 and 476 if you are near philly or want a local vibe south of Swarthwmore.“

“This was my second visit to Ripplewood Whiskey & Craft, and my first time experiencing their happy hour—and it did not disappoint. The menu had a great variety, and I enjoyed both the drinks and the pork bao buns.

A standout “happy accident” was ordering the pretzel rolls with truffle butter… absolutely amazing. That alone is worth coming back for.

The bartenders were attentive and provided great service throughout our visit. We also tried the deviled eggs, which were just okay for me—the mustard base was a bit too strong for my taste.

Overall, Ripplewood is a lovely spot with a relaxed vibe and nice outdoor seating in the back. It’s a great place for drinks, small bites, and a chill evening out.“

“What a wonderful place for the whole family to enjoy a dinner together. Our daughter has Celiac, and most places have a few options for her, but this is finally a place with a full menu for her, including appetizers and desserts! They have a gluten free menu, but most of the food is prepared without gluten anyway, and everything was delicious! It was so nice to be able to share plates, appetizers and desserts with her! My son, who has no allergies, but is very picky, said it was the best mac and cheese he's ever had, and wanted more for dessert! The service was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. I mentioned in my reservation that I am disabled and that we were celebrating 2 birthdays. There were 2 hand drawn birthday cards on the table when we arrived, and they sat us in a very accessible location. A delightful experience!“

“We had an evening out At The Table and did the tasting menu. It didn't disappoint. The food was amazing, my favorite was the scallop course. The only negative was a table of 6 near us who kept complaining. They arrived at the same time as us and also had the tasting menu. Our young daughter was more mature than this group of 60+yr olds. When the lamb entree came out they were convinced it wasn't lamb. It was lamb, and it was excellent. The whole idea of the tasting menu is to relax, take your time and have good conversations, entree at about 90mins and done in 2 hours. The waiter and chef were apologetic when they didn't need to be. I feel bad for them and wanted to post a review. Highly recommend the restaurant, awesome for a date night.“

“I am trying some new to me places in Philly and I came across this place. The Uptown Grill. The food was delicious, I ordered fish & grits, a small coffee, and white toast. The restaurant was very nice and clean, and the atmosphere was layed back, chill, But one thing that took me little by surprise and that is the (Asian lady) behind the counter taking orders. she wasn't really nasty, but she was impatient, short tempered and not very friendly or/ communicative and I felt that. I am visiting the city from new Orleans, so I'm paying close attention to everything and that little experience left a little bad taste in my mouth. Everything else was perfect, but I wouldn't return.“

“I’ve always loved Brick N Brew Havertown and go often. I was prompted to write a review Because I recently left a pair of expensive sunglasses behind. I called three days later and they still had them, safely stored. I was seriously shocked-hate that it’s the truth but in most situations those bad boys would have been a goner. “I read all the positive reviews and had to check it out for myself. I have always found it difficult to find something as simple as a good breakfast place. But this time i found it! The second I walked in, I was impressed. The hostess greeted me immediately and with a smile. I asked if I should order now and she smiled and explained that she'd take my order and she'll bring it to me. It was very pleasant. The store itself is clean and bright. I ordered two eggs medium, sausage patties,home fries with peppers and onions, rye toast with a little butter and a medium coffee. Everything was made exactly as I ordered it. The portions were generous and the coffee was great. Thirteen bucks for all that. Perfect. I'll be back.“

It was the best I’ve ever eaten. Most are usually made from pizza crust folded over the ingredients. Paul Revere pizza house actually hand crafted that Stromboli to absolute perfection !!!!! I was only able to eat half so I will be eating the rest for breakfast.

The food was outstanding, beautiful atmosphere. The two servers were awesome. It was my first time there for brunch...VERY well worth it. Glad that we decided on this location. “I would like to recognize the outstanding service we received from Gina Picciano, the manager at Lola's Garden. From the very beginning, Gina went above and beyond to ensure my daughter's bridal shower was absolutely perfect—and it truly was. She reached out to me several times on her own to check in, answer questions, and reassure me that no matter what the weather brought, she would make sure we were accommodated, whether indoors or outdoors. Gina even gave me her personal cell phone number and told me to call her anytime if I needed anything. Every time I reached out, she responded immediately with professionalism, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm. She made me feel like no request was too much trouble. On the day of the event, Gina exceeded every expectation. She personally provided directions for unloading and arranged for her staff to help carry in all of my decorations. Her positive attitude never wavered. She never responded with "no" or "I can't." Instead, she focused on finding solutions and making everything work. Nearly 40 guests attended the shower, and so many of them commented on how beautiful and perfectly organized everything was. I honestly could not have pulled it off without Gina's support, guidance, and willingness to help every step of the way. Lola's Garden is fortunate to have someone like Gina Picciano leading your team. She is an exceptional manager, a true professional, and a tremendous asset to your restaurant. “A friend and I went to The Greeks to watch the Phillies game and one of the worker that was behind the bar were being RUDE to us. We were sitting at the bar and (not even) 4 minutes into the game. He come to us and said; if you guys going to sit here, you have to order, than he added, I’m being serious. My friend and I both know that, but he DID NOT have to be rude about it by adding “I’m serious” at the end of that statement. Before the game even started, I told the other worker that was behind the bar that I would order a few minutes into the game.“

“Brick & Brew was an outstanding experience overall. The atmosphere was vibrant, energetic, and packed, which added to the excitement of the visit. The food was absolutely top-notch—the chicken wings were excellent, the shrimp appetizer was superb, and the shrimp gyro was awesome, served with plenty of fries. The Paper Plane cocktail was a standout and truly superb. The only downside was the restrooms, which could use some improvement. Aside from that, it was a fantastic spot with great food, drinks, and ambiance. Definitely a place worth visiting!“
