“Great neighborhood deli with the best breakfast sandwiches around. Boccella's does the classic breakfast sandwich right! By classic, I mean the staple [meat], egg, & cheese on a kaiser roll. They have a good ratio of bread-meat-egg with the perfect amount of melty cheese, served hot. I haven't tried their lunch food but I imagine it's just as good!

My only critique is that they sometimes go on vacation and don't update their Google hours, so I get my breakfast sandwich hopes up and then my dreams are shattered when I see the sign on their door.“

“I have never had such a pleasant experience over the phone ordering lunch meat anywhere else but here. The young fella that answers the calls for the deli area was so kind and he really makes sure you have your order correctly when repeated back. On a Friday evening damn near a half hour before it closed at 8 I had to get lunch meat, thinking I was too late to order and thinking he would give me a hard time I was wrong, he calmly took my order and was very nice. I didn’t get no attitude or cocky looks because of the time. He does his work no hesitation. There’s been plenty of times where I caught attitude towards me at other places and they weren’t close to even closing. I was very thankful pleased and grateful.

Parking: Parking could be a little tricky if you’re not used to the area.

Kid-friendliness: They have little arcade grab machines gum ball machines inside to keep the kids occupied while you wait for your order which is great so they’re not running around the store“

Wow! Now this is unique, Muslims running what was once a very well known and excellent 5 Star Jewish Deli. I got takeout Lox bagel sandwich + FF
The guy running the counter was great (new Muslim owner) and my bagel lox cream cheese capers onion & tomato sandwich was excellent & great fries.

So, noticing the Asian owners were gone and a counter guy with a bit of, hey this guy looks and sounds like he might be Muslim, I asked him - are you the new owner? Smiling proudly he said yes, I leaned in and quietly asked - are you Muslim? He said yes and I gave him my heartfelt Salaams. I love having the skill and knowledge of knowing how to greet people from a few different religions.

The place looked and felt very clean, the atmosphere had changed too. Bright and friendly and professional too. The “Vibe” of a good Deli was back, nice!

The 5 stars is for excellent service getting takeout and the food portions and the food quality. I have not sat down for waitress service and have not ordered any other food. This review is only for those things. But, based on that experience I will definitely go back.

“4 minutes ago NEW Today I ordered a hoagie through grub hub, but when I received my order there was a mistake. After a quick call to the deli I was able to speak with one of the employees (who was very nice, professional and apologetic even though I know we all make mistakes and there were no hard feelings) but she and the manager were able to correct the order and even redeliver themselves! When I received the correct order and opened the bag they had a very sweet message with a nice treat to enjoy later. I rarely leave reviews and I feel as though most people focus on the negatives but this time I wanted to really highlight GREAT costumer service and their delicious food! I did witness the old lady who harasses her husband by telling him that somebody named He freaks somebody named Me out. Sounds like she’s been cheating on her husband with this “He” to me. She probably reminds him whenever she gets the chance. The husband has probably been delusional about this for several years by now. If that is the case, her playback button must be on loop. I mention their relationship because he told her she is a delight, which made me chuckle because of the prefix and ironic circumstances at the time. At that rate, her heart is not going to be the only thing that gets broken. I’m just glad they didn’t attempt to go in the store to break and steal things while blaming someone else. I enjoy this deli shop. Better quality than some grocery stores.“
