“I want to leave a great review for this store. Every time I visit, I notice how clean and well-maintained everything is. The customer service is excellent, and I understand that when they are very busy it can be challenging to attend to everyone right away.
I really appreciate how the team acknowledges customers, greets them, and lets them know they will be helped shortly. That shows great communication and respect for the customers. The lobby and bathrooms are always very clean, the food is fresh and hot, and they are always willing to make fresh chicken if you don’t mind waiting.
My recommendation is to call ahead if you are in a hurry and want to avoid waiting for fresh food. Overall, this location does a great job keeping a clean environment and providing good service.“

“Got a pie from where my dad used to get pizza when he went to Villanova and all I have to say is those college students don’t know how good they have it to live walking distance to such a great pie. It’s affordable, it was fresh and hot, and it was fantastic. I swear the pizza I ate in college should be illegal! Really really delicious“

“I’ve only ever come here twice and have had good experiences both times. In the morning/early afternoon it’s usually not too busy so that’s really the best time to go and in the late afternoon and early evening that’s when they get pretty busy. And they also close pretty early too which kind of sucks, they’re usually the first ones to be closed in the food court area.“

“After spending 25 minutes trying to find a water fountain in the mall to cure my son's hiccups, while getting shot down by every food establishment saying I just buy a bottle. Fiveguys was quick to hand us a free cup of water! I entered mall without money since we were only going to get my son a Lego Pikachu raid on Pokemon go. “gotta admit, the stories of legend were true, they really do have the highest quality foods in their narrowly specific focus of burgers, fries and very few other things, like i complement the quality of lettuce, tomato and onion on top of the beef and cheese on bread, that and the fires were plentiful for price while still in high quality.

“I had to come on and talk about the young man I believe he said his name was Ben. I was in twice yesterday and during the second trip with my older son he came over to ask how everything was. My son who has anxiety and autism and usually won’t talk to me when we are out starts asking Ben his birthday. I told my son he was working and couldn’t talk. This young man had a full conversation with my son and said that was his job to make sure my son enjoyed his time there. I can not thank you enough. It may just be part of the job for you but it was a lot more then a meal for us“
